Elegant apartment in the heart of Modena, just 10 meters from via Emilia Centro and just 300 meters from the Duomo and the Ghirlandina. Train station at 1.3 km. The apartment is on the first floor without a lift. The views are on internal trunks and not on the road, therefore quiet despite being in a central position. The two bedrooms with double beds are not adjacent, in the living room (with full kitchen) there is the sofa bed 140x200. New bathroom + washing machine. TV. WIFI. Tourist Tax included.
