Studio of 38 m2 consisting of a bathroom, a kitchenette, a dining / living room area and a bedroom. This completely renovated apartment is located in the annex of my house. Warm and bright space where life is good.
Separate entrance with access to the secure swimming pool of 4 m / 7m.
Two private and shaded terraces with a dining area (electric plancha) and relaxation (deckchairs, parasol, table ...) are at your disposal.

HOUSING
In the studio you will find a fully equipped kitchenette: ceramic hob, microwave, Italian coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle, fridge, kitchen utensils and everything you need for cooking for 2 people.
In the bathroom: a spa shower, a sink with its storage drawers, a toilet, hairdryer.
Dining room side: a round table with seats.
Side night / living room: a sofa bed for 2 people 160x200, pulling the base of the bed you will get a double bed with a very comfortable mattress. It will convert to your sofa. A travel cot is also available for a small child. Under the seat of numerous arrangements.
In this space: a multi-shelf dressing room, drawers and wardrobe.
A flat screen TV and WiFi access.
Portable air conditioning.

ACCESS TO TRAVELERS
You will have access to the secure and private swimming pool.
You can enjoy access to part of the 800 m2 fenced and planted garden.
Adjoining the studio, a room with a washing machine and freezer are available.

THE DISTRICT
The proposed accommodation is located in Montady, Occitanie, France.
In the heart of the village, the studio due to its location offers many amenities:
5 minutes walk from the center of the village, with its nearby shops (food, pharmacy, doctor, bakery, tobacco / press, hairdresser, florist, butcher, restaurants, media library, weekly market (local producers) ....
5 minutes from the Canal du Midi, close to the beaches (20 minutes from Valras Plage), leisure and water parks, hikes and walks in the hinterland and the Cathar country, Canal du Midi .... 10 minutes from the A75 and A9, 45 minutes from Montpellier and 1 hour from the Spanish border.

I welcome you on site for the delivery of the keys.
