INSIDE: Entrance to a large living / living area with a double sofa bed. The rooms are developed exclusively on the ground floor with two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and independent kitchen. Strong point is the large outdoor veranda on the back, equipped with table and chairs, relaxing garden set, stone barbecue, outdoor shower and hydromassage pool.
EXTERIOR: Independent entrance with pedestrian access avenue. Corner villa of a complex of terraced houses with large equipped outdoor areas.
LOCATION: Very quiet residential area not more than three hundred meters from the main street of the village.
