Villa Heleneは、人里離れた広々とした快適なヴィラです。広々とした庭園が家を囲んでおり、素晴らしいプライバシーを感じられます。ヴィラは、1000平方メートル弱の敷地にあります。ヴィラには、屋外ダイニングエリアと屋根付きパティオのあるプライベートプールに続く二重パティオドアがあります。リラックスして人生を楽しむのに最適な場所です。プールの周りにはたくさんの日光浴スペースがあります。
ヴィラは、ベッドルームとバスルームまで数段離れたところにあります。 3つのベッドルーム、1つのダブルマスター、1つのツイン、小さなダブルベッドと1つのシングルベッドがあるファミリールームがあります。モダンなバスルームが2つあり、1つはバスタブとオーバーヘッドシャワーを備え、もう1つは大きなシャワーを備えています。すべての天井は高く、梁が家を明るく風通しの良い雰囲気にしています。ヴィラは6人のゲストを快適に眠ります。十分なリビングスペースと誰もが利用できる屋外スペースがあります。
ヴィラの主要部分はオープンプランで、プールに面しています。
庭には、大きな松の木とオリーブの木があり、暑い日には素晴らしい光と自然な日陰を楽しめます。

Gorgeous villa stay

Perfect two weeks stay , lovely villa situated in a quiet area within easy walking distance to everything you need. Loved our stay, really comfortable beds, great pool. Fully equipped kitchen everything you need to enjoy your stay. Our host was amazing and responded to our questions straight away. We had perfect weather too! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and will hopefully return one day!

Private picturesque villa and pool

Villa Helene offered everything and more that you need for a fabulous holiday. It was all the little extras that we didnt take for granted like beach towels, adaptable plugs, mosquito mesh at all the windows so we werent plagued and the fab air conditioning. It was a really get away from it all holiday and the villa was well situated to explore the whole island. The property manager was great and we would highly recommend it.

Stunning villa Helene - Peaceful, well equipped and a lush garden

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely Villa Helene. Excellent location, just 10 minutes walk down the hill into Cala Torret and similar over to the picturesque beach at Binibeca Nou (be warned, the walk back is up hill and a little hard going in the heat of the day). The area is very quiet and at night if you turn all the lights off you’ll get an incredible star display, very little light pollution here! The villa itself was absolutely beautiful, so well appointed, we find it’s rare to stay somewhere where whatever you need it’s there in a kitchen drawer! A proper home from home for those self-catering. Great AC in the bedrooms too. The pool area is definitely the highlight of the villa, with its lush greenery and exotic flowers, handy outside shower and garden area that is bigger than captured in the listing photos. It was so nice for us as we were not able to head out as much as other families might. Decent brick BBQ was a bonus. Villa owner could not have been more helpful and good communication with us from the outset. Very happy customers here. Thank you Emma :-)

Wonderful Villa Helene!

We stayed in Villa Helene for a 2 week family holiday. The villa was clean, well equipped & the pool was lovely and warm & of a really good size. The bedding, bath towels & beach towels were changed during our stay. The provision of beach towels is something we’ve never experienced before in a rental property & we very much appreciated it. The villa is in a nice, quiet residential area & provides excellent access to Cala Torret & its beach by foot and also surrounding beaches & towns a short drive away. We would highly recommend Villa Helene! P.S. our children enjoyed discovering the tortoise who was a regular visitor to the garden.

Binibeca Nou has a wonderful location. Situated on the South coast of the island, the pretty villas wind gently up and surround the stunning beach of Binibeca.
Restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries all located within a short walk of the villa.
The villa offers everything that we would consider you need for a perfect holiday.
Air conditioning in all the bedrooms
