A 2 bedroom semi-detached holiday chalet comprising of an open plan lounge/modern fitted kitchen with dining table seating 2 people, 2 bedrooms offering a double bed and twin beds (no bunk-beds), shower/WC and rear patio enclosed by fencing for containment of pets which are welcome free of charge. The chalet, which is double glazed throughout, offers free Wi-Fi, two TV’s both with Free-view and bed-linen is provided free of charge with beds ready made for your arrival.

Great trip

Everything was lovely, location was brilliant. The property was brilliant as well. The communication was easy and quick with the owner which was massively appreciated. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Not very clean

When i arrived i thought it looks ok however the dirt and cobwebs were very visable. The garden needed alot of tlc so couldnt sit out there like i wanted to. Also wasnt informed theres a shop and a pub. The shop shut at 5 but i dont no about the pub as we didnt go in as there was no outdoor seating.

Be careful using third party sites

We were unfortunately unable to go at the last minute but trying to get some goodwill in the form of a partial credit towards a rebooking was very difficult. Owner communication was swift in response. Travelnest who appear to be some kind of third party management between VRBO and the owner were on the ball with answering emails. Why their involvement was needed I didnt quite get though. They were unable to offer anything as they said it was up to the booking agent VRBO. As I didnt go I gave all the stars a neutral ok rating

very dated property

it needs updating a lick of paint and new furniture , the shower door was broke ( the owner did get a handy man to come out the following day ) there was mould in shower tray which could of been removed with the correct cleaning products. Hairs in the bed. We spent a lot of time out with the dog. All i can say we defently would not rebook .

Disgusting

Sofas full of dog hair. Cooker had not been cleaned. Floors filthy. Windows were dirty. I could go on and on. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Needs a total refurbishment

Thanks for a lovely place to stay whilst visiting Bridlington. Very cosy and clean and had everything there we needed whilst staying there.

Great chalet, fab location

Shaun was great with communication, chalet was in a great spot 2 mins from the beach, chalet perfect for what we needed, can't wait to come back.

The Fox-Lycetts

Easy to book, great communication with Shaun the owner. Property was so close to the beach it was great. Property was a little dated but fine for what we needed. One issue: there were no chairs at the table but the photos advertising the property had chairs! Tip: take towels and washing up liquid as they are not provided.
