Ny! Barlandus House - 2,8 km från centrum av Brugge - gratis parkering

Huset totalrenoverades 2019. Allt var färdig till perfektion och smakfullt inredda. Huset är utrustat med all modern komfort för att koppla av efter ett besök i den vackra staden Brugge eller den belgiska kusten. Det finns en solterrass och trädgård. Gratis parkering. Busshållplats till centrum på 400 meter. Centret kan också nås till fots (2,7 km till t 'Zand, 30 minuter). Det finns ett bageri och en Colruyt-butik runt hörnet. Gratis parkering vid uppfarten av huset. Huset har två våningar. På bottenvåningen finns det mysiga vardagsrummet med mycket ljus och det nyinredda köket med barbord (dessutom spis, diskmaskin, kombiugn, kyl, frys, brödrost, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare). TV: n är en SMART TV. Huset har ett kök med en solterrass med trädgårdsmöbler och en trädgård. Trädgården är delvis separerad från trädgården för ägarna Katrien och Dirk, som själva bor bredvid fritidsbostaden (nr 55). Hjälp, råd eller tips är aldrig långt borta!
Det finns två sovrum på första våningen. På baksidan ett mindre rum med våningssängar (lämplig för två vuxna eller barn) och framtill ett rum med en dubbelsäng. Mellan de två rummen är det första badrummet med duschkabin (med hårtork). Det tredje sovrummet med dubbelsäng och privat badrum med dusch ligger på vinden golvet. Dubbelsängarna är nya boxfjädrar på 180 cm breda. Alla rum, vardagsrum och kök är utrustade med gardiner och elektriska fönsterluckor så att människor kan sova i mörkret och aldrig bli för varma på sommaren (inte ens på vinden under taket). En barns resesäng med madrass, babysprutare och barnstol finns på begäran.
Huset är dekorerat med målningar av ägarens bror, amatörmålare med akryl (se https: // johangheyle. Uwweb. Nl /).
Det finns olika butiker i närheten: a. Ett bageri på 280 m, ett varuhus i Colruyt på 200 m. Även en skog med en lekplats på 1,4 km, badparadiset Lago på mindre än 1 km, Dolfinarium Boudewijn Seapark på 3,5 km och cykelnätverket Brugse Ommeland på 500 m. Det finns en frukostbutik och en berömd restaurang 1 km bort. På söndagen finns det en marknad på 1 km.
Tågstationen ligger bara 3 km: smidiga och täta tågförbindelser till Gent, Bryssel, Antwerpen eller kusten.
Rökning är inte tillåtet i hemmet.

This was a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. It was comfortable, well-appointed, and exceptionally clean. Dirk was an outstanding host—very responsive and attentive. He went above and beyond to provide us with excellent recommendations. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to transportation that takes you to the city center and beyond. Fabulous home

Gorgeous house over 3 floors, beautifully decorated and kitchen with everything required. Hosts were very helpful and we followed their recommendation for a local tapas bar for our first night - food was incredible! Would thoroughly recommend this house as a base for your visit to Bruges.

Beautiful home, lovely location

We just stayed at the Barlandus House, and can't rate it more highly. It was an absolute gem in terms of its comfort, design, layout, and amenities. And the location was perfect and so quiet. The host was friendly and very welcoming. If you're looking for a respite away after sightseeing during the day, look no further. This is the place!!

This was a great visit. Dirck's home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood out of the heart of the city but a quick jaunt into the touristic sights and attractions. Easy access to grocery store and amenities in the neighborhood. A great location to explore the area!

Amazing house

The house was exceptionally well maintained throughout, beautifully decorated, modern spacious and spotlessly clean. Dirk was on hand, but unobtrusive and helpfully phoned a taxi for us one evening. We had a wonderful stay and wouldnt hesitate to return.The house is a short walk to a bus stop, where you can easily get into Bruges central.

Remodeled comfort close to Brugge

We had a wonderful time here. Excellent amenities, immaculately clean, and wonderful hosts. Although we had no issues, mobility-impaired visitors should note that the stairs are quite steep.

Everything is high quality

In a residential area near a bus stop and some stores and restaurants. The house is beautiful with a lovely view of the garden from the kitchen. Well stocked, including some local beer, various coffees. Owner very helpful. Highly recommend.

Great Stay

Excellent property. Very clean well kept/maintained. Welcomed by Dirk on arrival, he was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The house is located within a short distance of the centre of Brugge. Food shopping is very easy with 2 supermarkets within easy reach. We highly recommend this property if you want to visit the area

Tranquil Oasis!

We were visiting Bruges for three nights and decided to try a house outside of the city instead of a hotel within Bruges. It was a good decision. The house was immaculate, beautifully furnished & a block from the bus that dropped us in the center of town. After a day of bustling Bruges it was quiet that we needed!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Barlandus House! House was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. House was completely updated and very comfortable. Exactly as shown in pictures. Beautiful artwork on every wall. Host Dirk was attentive and friendly. Lovely back yard. Very quiet neighborhood, but walkable to city core (a pleasant 30 minute walk). Very short walk for groceries, and other shopping (e.g., Leonidas chocolate store, laundromat) very close by. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful property

Dirk was a great host. He communicated with me ahead of check in to ensure that he would be at the home to greet us. He also came to see us off when we checked out. He sat down with us to review the map of Brugge to help us get around and offer some points of interest. The property was designed with a great deal of attention to detail. The host thought of everything that we could possibly need during our stay. The entire home was very clean, modern and spacious. The bathrooms were very well appointed with bath towels and soap etc. The kitchen had everything we needed should we have decided to make our own meals. We could have easily taken a bus to get around but we chose to use the taxi service which was very affordable. The backyard was such a welcoming place to end our days. The four people in our travel party would highly recommend this rental property for your visit in Brugge. Thank you Dirk!

Super Vermieter und Ferienhaus

Die Vermieter und das Ferienhaus sind top. Das Haus ist liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße in einem Vorort von Brügge. Die nächste Bushaltestelle nach Brügge mit regelmäßigen Busverbindungen dorthin ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auf Grund der relativ steilen Treppen ist das Haus für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und super hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Perfect for a visit to Bruges

Family of 5 spent a long weekend in December visiting the Christmas markets in Bruges. This house was just perfect for our visit. It is beautifully decorated, functional and spacious. As advertised, it is very easy getting into Bruges on the bus. The hosts are very responsive to communications and we received a very friendly welcome from Dirk (including a useful guide). We would definitely stay here again if we return to Bruges.

Toller Sommerurlaub

Wir haben hier eine super Zeit verbracht. Das Haus war super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was wir vier (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) gebraucht haben. Kamen doch Fragen auf, war der Vermieter stets hilfreich und die Kommunikation war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns auch perfekt. Wir wollten unbedingt Brügge ein wenig kennenlernen aber auch die Möglichkeit haben, an den Strand zu fahren oder andere Städte zu besuchen, was alles problemlos geklappt hat. Sollten wir nochmals in die Gegend fahren, dann gerne wieder in diesem Ferienhaus. Vielen Dank an der Stelle nochmals an Dirk für die freundliche Kommunikation.
