A new build apartment for you to enjoy ; we can set it up as a double or twin and there is also a double sofa bed in the main living space if required. Equipped with everything you need to enjoy a day/ night in; comfy living area, brand new kitchen, TV, WIFI, generous patio set up for outdoor dinning and bi-folding doors to both the living room and bedroom creating an inviting open floor plan.
Literally a stones throw from the beach in Fitts Village and across the road from a popular beach club for which you can use our membership entitling you to reduced sun lounger hire and food purchases.

Amazing location. Second time staying in Zinna in Barbados and it’s truly the best. We were 3 adults and it was just the right size for us. Rare find to have an apartment block with a pool and not even 1 minute walk to the beach. Host provided great recommendations which we took on board and didn’t regret. Joan the housekeeper was also wonderful. So friendly and kept in touch the entire time to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Food options were great as there was plenty of choices for places to eat, you turn right out of the apartment to get to Speightstown or turn turn left to go to Bridgetown which we did on many occasions on the 'Reggae Bus' if you have adequate ear drums!!! Jordans supermarket is approximately a 10 minute walk away and is well stocked. The bed was very comfortable although a little on the short side if your over 5ft 10 inches. The apartment was adequately stocked and very clean. It could just do with a lick of paint on the woodwork, other than that we were very pleased with our stay as Graham was very accommodating.

Lovely

Great property in a very good location. A safe, gated property only 30 seconds walk to the beach. The apartment has everything you need. the refrigerator is small, but more than satisfactory.Communication with the host was good, but communication with the housekeeper Joan was better! Joan was always helpful, and always responded in a timely and efficient manner. I would stay at this apartment again!

Absolutely beautiful apartment

This was our second stay and it was perfect xIdeal spot as just across from beach on the beautiful west coast.Apartment has everything you need so for us it’s like home. Clean and very relaxing with a shared swimming pool. The maid Joan is very helpful and pleasant xHighly recommend

Lovely clean property, comfy beds, lovely kitchen with everything you need. Joan our housekeeper was great also, can't wait to return. The location was also good with restaurants/bars and supermarket in walking distance

Great Apartment & location

We have just returned from staying 30 nights at this apartment and it totally lives up to the reviews i had previously read on here - 5 plus. The host was very quick to respond to any messages i sent and the housekeeper was attentive and could be contacted easily during our stay. The apartment is modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. With coming for a month, we cooked some meals in, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The bed is huge and was so comfortable. The outside patio and seating area was perfect for dining and having a drink while the sun went down. We also enjoyed having a dip in the pool and sunbathing around the pool. The location for us was perfect. There is a small beach over the road with sun lounger rental from Bikini Beach Bar & Grill. They deduct the rental cost off any food and have a great daily Happy hour. The food was also really good. The bus stops are right outside and we used them most days to visit the beautiful beaches. Holetown beach ( great snorkelling), Paynes Bay, Thunder Bay, Speightown on the West coast and Carlisle Bay, Brighton Beach and Worthing beach in the south to name a few of our favourites. Jordans supermarket was a 5 min walk.All in all for us, this apartment was the perfect base to enjoy beautiful Barbados. We will be back

Lovely modern apartment close to the beach.

This is a lovely apartment, well laid out, clean, in a small block with a little pool to share (albeit slightly chilly). The beach is just over the road and the sea was gorgeous to swim in. Staying here you are just 5 minutes from Jordans supermarket, 5 minutes from Il Tempio and 5 minutes from QP Bistro. You have the bonus of the Bikini Beach Bar over the road with a discount for their sun loungers if that's your thinig. If you want more choices then the bus stop is right outside. We really enjoyed our 2 weeks here. Communication with the owners was excellent, and Joan really friendly. We'd definitely stay here again.

Cozy casa

This one bedroom apartment was perfect for 2. It is nicely furnished and modern with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, there is ac in the living area and bedroom. They provide plenty of towels and the kitchen has all the dishes pots and pans etc… you will need to buy the basics like salt pepper etc. but there’s a supermarket a 5 minute walk away. We rented a car and they have parking. We would sit outside on the private terrace every morning and have our coffee.2 weeks flew by. This place is a great find across the street from the beach. Totally recommend ⭐️

What a gem!

Loved the location, close to local supermarket and a great Italian restaurant and Bikini beach club right across the road is perfect for sun loungers. Bus stops right outside the property. Communication with owner was excellent.

Great location and very modern and clean

My daughter and I had a great stay in the Zinnia apartment. It was fresh and clean and a great location on the west coast. The air con worked well, the showers were hot and the facilities spot on for our 1 week stay. We did a food shop at Maceys in Holetown which is a big supermarket and has everything you need. We hired a car which I would highly recommend as it allowed us to see the whole island and avoided the $70USD fare from the airport. We hired our car with Driveamatic and they were great. Short queue at the airport collection desk whilst others had 20+ people. I met a lady in our queue who uses them a couple of times a year. Its not absolutely necessary to hire a car as the apartment has bus services outside but we loved the independence it gave us. Bar across the road in the beach club is spot on for sunset cocktails so worth doing. We visited lots of restaurants including Tides, Zaccios, Lonesome Star and Fish Pot which were fabulous but expensive and you need to book well in advance in high season. We booked when we arrived as a bit quieter in April/ May. We also visited lots of beach clubs but note you do need to bring a towel - Seashed, Thunderbay with lunch @Somones, Calma (amazing snorkelling beside the shore where we seen turtles, turpen fish) and Harbour lights at carlisle Bay. Jean our housekeeper was very sweet and popped in mid week to check if we needed anything. We loved our stay at Zinnia and would definitely recommend to friends or revisit.

Great Time In Barbados

We had a great time at the villa the pool was nice as the the sun is extreme. The weather was great and people of the island were wonderful. Lots to see and do we just wish there were more parking places near the beach on the west coast. The beaches were great and water clear blue and a wonderful warm temp. The only thing we would recommend is being prepared for the cost of food. A pizza at a restaurant can run you as much as $30 US or $25 to $30 US for a burger other than that everything was great.

We had a great stay. It’s a perfect little apartment for 2 people. Had everything we needed, was clean, and right across the street from the beach! We didn’t have a Vehicule but used the bus system and it was excellent. Joan the housekeeper was very helpful in getting us a taxi driver’s name. He took us on a tour of the island and a ride to the airport! Very nice!

Perfect Getaway!

. Originally my husband and I planned to stay at a hotel but we decided to look for a more calm and private option. We are soo glad we chose Graham's apartment. It was perfect for our 6-night getaway celebrating a milestone anniversary, my recent doctoral graduation, and hubby's birthday. Joan checked us in smoothly and was always available. The Bikini Beach restaurant is just across the street and has amazing sunset views (Sharmika is the absolute best waitress on the island, no exaggeration). We found ourselves there daily to swim, eat, or just take in the gorgeous waves. The apartmsnt's location is perfect with the city bus steps away and available to take us anywhere for $1.75 (US dollars). The outdoor area of the apartment was a great way to start and end each day. It was a truely perfect trip and we can't wait for an excuse to repeat our stay very soon. Thanks Graham!!

Barbados 2023

We leave Barbados fuelled up on sunshine , great food & of course plenty of rum. Zinnia is a beautiful Acc & being just across the road from a stunning little beach is heavenly perfection. The Acc is small but perfect for 2. All the mid cons you would expect: a great shower, kitchenette & balcony to watch the amazing sunsets. The bed is huge &very comfortable sided by air con at night in both the bedroom & lounge. The housekeeper was lovely &looked after us well. I would not hesitate to recommend this glorious spot & apartment.

Barbados Magic

The property is in a great location right across the road from the beach, there is also a bus stop right outside and a supermarket a 5 minute walk away The apartment is as you see on the advert spotlessly clean and has everything you need, communication with Graham was 1st class and Joan the housekeeper was also so helpful. There are 4 restaurants close by which all do great food at various price range The Lemon Rock and Wendy's Sports Bar which are up behind the property within a small residential area definitely worth a visit, Bikini Beach Club directly across the road and Il Tempio 5 min walk away across from supermarket, for some reason all close on a Monday but no worries you can jump on the bus and go to Holetown 5 mins away, not a problem just a wee tip. And finally the Bajan people are all so friendly we can't wait to go back

Excellent Stay

This apartment is the smallest in the block of 14 but perfect for a couple. Had absolutely everything you could need including plenty of towels. Balcony with comfy furniture, in the shade and has a ceiling fan. The pool was a great size to enjoy a quick dip to cool off. We were fortunate enough to have the pool and sun beds to ourselves (went out of season, 17-24th Sep) but I do fear if all 14 apartments were full and wanting to use the pool area, there isn’t enough room for chairs/beds. The property is located securely behind a locked gate with remote fob access. Over the road is the bus stop and a relatively new bar which was fab for a drink, and or food with a beautiful view to watch the sun go down. Finally, communication with the host was great and the housekeeper is excellent. Fountain of knowledge and such a nice lady. We’ll be back.

Just as advertised.

Nice building and apartment; well kept. Close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery store. If you like to walk, it is an easy walk to Holetown where there is a greater variety of restaurants.
