It was also built in the 1800s and has been newly refurbished in 2019 to an exquisite high standard. Pippin Lodge is the height of luxury, with a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area and a hall including a washroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It looks out onto Lytham’s vibrant town center and down towards the seafront.
