The beautiful house stands on a 500 sqm large property with Mediterranean environment. It is situated in a quiet area exactly between Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar in a small municipality (urbanisation). From here one can enjoy a wonderful view of the near Mediterranean Sea. The house is friendly furnished in Spanish style. The sunny and shady places invite you to rest and relax. The sandy beach in the Canyelles bay (about 1 km) is idyllic and very close. There is a small marina here. Nearby are many restaurants of Spanish, German and European cuisine. Lloret and Tossa offer enough entertainment.





The apartment of Casa Mirador has 65 sqm + 26 sqm terrace. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the second with 2 single beds. The living room offers comfortable seating and a fireplace for the colder days. From the living room and kitchen you can directly enter the semi-covered veranda, which offers an impressive view of the sea and the coast. A fully equipped kitchen-cum-living-room and a large dining table in Catalan style as well as a freshly renovated bathroom with shower complete the apartment. There is also a large garden terrace (40sqm) with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean. On the terrace there are deckchairs for our guests to relax and sunbathe, a brick barbecue invites to a delicious barbecue. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the house.

The house Mirador consists of two separate flats, which are always rented to the same family. When renting this house, you rent both flats together. The upstairs apartment has 2 bedrooms, living - dining room, bathroom, kitchen and terrace with sea view. The flat downstairs consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, living - dining room with open kitchen and terrace with sea view.







Due to the quietness of the area, groups of young people are not accepted. The property reserves the right of admission.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Costa Brava, 3 km from the bustling Lloret de Mar and 12 km. from the romantic fishing village Tossa de Mar. Steep coast and sandy beaches. Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and oaks; the situation is very calm.

In the center of the Cala Canyelles urbanization there is a restaurant, bar, comunity pool (25m x 10m) and tennis court. Nautical club with mooring rentals, diving center, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities. It’s posible to rent umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, cars for rent, horse riding, ticket for excursions and in the vicinity various golf courses and pitch on putt.

Outside of high season the offer of the different activities offered in the area may be more limited.

The arrival must be between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. The arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00 must be notified by phone 2 hours before.

The reception of the clients will take place at the Playa Arena office located in the Cala Canyelles urbanization. In the office, registration and payment procedures will be formalized. Then we will go with you personally to the accommodation, we will explain in detail the characteristics of the house and we will give you the keys.

The Exit must be made before 10:00. One day before your departure, come to the office to arrange a home inspection.

The final cleaning does not cover that the house has to be returned in proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house and deposit the garbage in the corresponding containers. If the house is not in this state, an extra service will be applied that will be deducted from the deposit.

How to get there: Take the AP2 motorway, take exit 9 towards Lloret de Mar. Once you arrive in Lloret de Mar, take the road to Tossa de Mar and after 2.5km on the right you will find the exit to Cala Canyelles. Continue straight until you find a square. The Playa Arena office is on the right side of this square.
