Lady Anne's Cottage No. 1

The cottages at Appleby Castle are situated next to the Norman Keep in the inner bailey of this Motte and Bailey Castle. Three luxurious self contained holiday cottages are available in the Inner Bailey adjacent to the Norman Keep. These cottages were built in mid 17th century and have been lovingly restored to preserve many original features. Log burners, wifi, sofa beds, washing facilities and exclusive fishing just 200 metres away in the Castle Park are some of the features of this amazing venue.

Perfect!

LOVED staying here in Lady Anne’s Cottage! The staff was very accommodating as we arrived a day early! The grounds are beautiful and the cottage was extremely comfortable. Probably the most comfortable bed of our 3 week multi-city trip!
