A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, you will find 2 dedicated bedrooms: the first offers 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor also benefits from a bathroom with both bath and shower options, alongside a separate WC. Direct access to the balcony is available from the upper floor, extending your living space outdoors.
