¿Desea disfrutar de una encantadora villa familiar en la antigua ciudad de Osor, el oasis antiestrés de las islas Cres y Losinj, una de las partes más bellas del mar Adriático en Croacia?

La villa tiene una superficie de aproximadamente 130 m2 y 660 m2 de área de jardín. Una pared antic de época veneciana (altura de unos 3,5 m) forma el patio límite oriental y es una parte de la muralla de la ciudad, mientras que la frontera sur es una pared antic de época romana, que es también una parte de murallas de la ciudad. Con respecto a las paredes, la vegetación y su ubicación, villa ofrece una gran privacidad. Puede disfrutar de la sombra de los viejos pinos, ver la bahía y los veleros a pocos metros, o simplemente caminar hasta la playa, que está a solo 250 metros de distancia. La villa es accesible también en coche, hay un lugar de estacionamiento en el jardín. La villa consta de cocina, sala de estar, dormitorio, pasillo y baño en la planta baja y dos dormitorios, baño y pasillo arriba.

Visita Villa Antiqua, una encantadora villa familiar en la antigua ciudad de Osor, una de las partes más bellas de Adria. La privacidad está garantizada Puede disfrutar a la sombra de viejos pinos, mirar la bahía y los veleros a pocos metros, o simplemente caminar hasta la playa.

La villa renovada ofrece 130 m² de espacio habitable y tiene capacidad para nueve personas. La villa consta de una cocina, sala de estar, dormitorio, pasillo y baño en la planta baja y dos dormitorios, un baño y un pasillo en la planta superior. La cocina está totalmente equipada con fogones, horno, nevera, microondas, lavavajillas, tostadora, hervidor de agua, cafetera y máquina de hacer hielo. La sala de estar tiene un comedor y una sala de estar. Leña para la chimenea se proporciona de forma gratuita. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama king size (160 x 200 cm). El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama king size (160 x 200 cm). El tercero tiene cama doble (180x200cm), sofá cama para 2 personas (160x200cm) y cama supletoria. Además, una cuna también está disponible. Los dos baños modernos tienen ducha e inodoro. Todas las habitaciones de la villa se pueden calentar y aire acondicionado. Hay una conexión de internet inalámbrica de alta velocidad gratis.

a comfortable house with lovely big garden

a lovely, well equipped house with character - everything you need from air conditioned bedrooms Could, a blender, ice maker, espresso maker, toaster, hairdryer ... we loved having the large garden Which is completely walled so safe for young children. the owner was extremely kind and helpful to us, Which made our stay really enjoyable and we hope to return.

ein sehr gemütliche Unterkunft, top gepflegt und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Charmante Umgebung mit historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Bade- und Angelmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe und lohnenden Ausflugszielen zum Wandern. Die Gastgeber Sonja und Ivica sind sensationell - gastfreundlich, humorvoll und immer hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns wie bei guten Feunden und kommen gerne wieder !

Peaceful heaven with the butterflies

What a wonderful place and what wonderful hosts were Ivica, Lidjia, Sven and Branco. Villa Antiqua is beautiful, atmospheric and utterly peaceful - and in such a lovely position in the gorgeous town of Osor and by the sea - perfect! The house is lovely with a rustic air and lovely large flower and butterfly filled garden; it is also very comfortable with all modern amenities, lovely linens and the best equipped kitchen imaginable. The bar-b-que is a lovely traditional stone one with its own pika as well. Ivec and his family were available at all times to offer help and when we needed them to offered help instantly. We would love to return to this 7 star heaven.

Perfect family vacation in Villa Antiqua

Perfect winter escape

Very comfortable house to stay in winter We came as extended family with dog and children. Very helpful house owners. Charming sleepingrooms with good beds. Kitchen newly installed and well equipped for eigth people. Praise for the heating system: the fireplace fuels a floorheating downstairs and radiators upstairs. Nice big garden. Plenty of hiking possibilities in the surroundings. Its worth to see the Adriatic sea in winter !

wounderful holiday

We had a wounderful holiday in the villa Antiqua. Very nice owners. The house and the garden was very clean and you find all what you need. It was perfect for our dogs. Also, the kids were very glad. Osor is a nice small village. Some steps away there is a pizzeria with very good pizza and ice cream. Also, there is a small supermarket were you can buy everything you need. We really enjoyed our holiday and for sure we will come back.

A real relaxing place

We had a great time in Villa Antiqua. The despription in Internet is accurate. Everything is in top condition and very clean. House and garden are spacoius. Ivaca gave us a nice and friendly welcome. He explained everything in detail. If we had any questions we got help immediately. Osor is a cute old town with two bars and some restaurants. The next beach is five minutes to walk. It is a pleasant place.

A very nice place for hiking and hang around

The garden is beautiful and the house is an antique villa. All you need you will find. For cooking there are enough dishes for about 8 Persons. A TV-Set if somenone likes to do so, and look German, Austrian or other country TV. Also a Stereoset prepared for Iphone and Radio. The technical equipment was not on the highest level, but it works very well. The small village called Osor is a really old village and have its foundation time back ago to the 12th Century. A short remark to the landlord: He is a really courteaus and helpful friendly person. I can recoomend this property to everyone who wants to stay in a placid countryside. For the personal use, you will be wellcomed.

Wonderful house and garden in beautiful surroundin

We spent a wonderful 10 days in Villa Antiqua, enjoying the house but also very much the garden in beautiful croatian surroundings. The house was squeaky clean upon our arrival, and we were greeted by a friendly host who did everything to make our stay a real pleasure. I warmly recommend!

Marvellous stay at Villa Antiqua

We, 3 adults and one child, spent some wonderful days at Villa Antiqua. The house is in good shape, very clean and extremely well equipped. Ivica welcomed us although we arrived late and furnished us will all relevant information. The garden with the old trees is an oasis. The property is only 2 minutes walk away from the most lovely town square of Osor. And it is the perfect starting point to discover the Islands of Cres and Losinj with its incredibly lovely beaches and villages. We appreciated our stay very much and would like to come back again.

Wonderful stay in Osor

The Villa is very well located in the middle of two islands so you can visit both Cres and Lošinj. House is amazing, it has everything what we needed, the kitchen is fully equipped and clean. Garden is very big, perfect for relaxation in the shades with a good book. Ivica, see you next year.

In one word: Perfect!

I came to Villa Antiqua with my friend Jadranka on the 09th of May. We stayed there for 8 wonderfull days! Host Ivica welcomed us to the Villa and we had a relaxing stay. I'm definitely going to recomed it to my friends!

Perfect

Absolutely perfect. Clean rooms, nice garden, private terrace. Absolutely quiet surroundings. No traffic noise at all. Excellent service and welcoming. Perfect place on awesome location. WE highly recommend this accommodation ;-) We will definitively be back one day.
