This level also has access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. There is a separate WC on this level. On the lower ground floor, you'll find another separate WC and shower, with access to the garden. The upper floor houses 3 rooms, each with a double bed and access to the balcony. There is also a bath/shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin on this level.
