Originally built by the Alexander Company and designed by celebrated mid-century architect Charles DuBois, this storied property recently underwent a $1 million renovation of its infrastructure, interior, pool, and landscaping.
Highlights of the remodel include an oversized open-plan kitchen with walnut cabinetry and 10 ft. island, a custom 10 ft. walnut and concrete wet bar, five luxurious baths with rainfall showers, a saltwater pool, infinity spa, outdoor lounge, and landscaping front and back. Almost all interior furniture consists of a thoughtfully curated collection of real vintage American mid-century and Danish modern pieces. A Lutron automation system controls all the lighting, making it easy to set a scene and control the property with a single button press. A Sonos sound system throughout makes listening a breeze. TVs (including a 70” in the living room and a 65” in the master) are easily controlled with universal remotes and offer Satellite, Apple TV, and a direct in-wall HDMI connection option.
There are 5 full baths, so each bedroom may have its own. However, two of the baths (for bedrooms 3 & 4) are located adjacent to the rooms as opposed to inside the room. Bed and bath details are as follows:
Master: King bed + sitting area and en-suite bath w/ free-standing tub & rainfall shower
Bed 2: King bed + en-suite bath w/ rainfall shower
Bed 3: King bed (adjacent to bath w/ tub & rainfall showerhead and close to another bath w/ rainfall shower)
Bed 4: Queen bed (adjacent to bath w/ tub & rainfall showerhead and close to another bath w/ rainfall shower)

In total, there are 3 King beds and 3 Queen beds.
The maximum number of overnight guests allowed is 10. The maximum number of people who can be on the property during the day is 14. There is no flexibility on these limits, and they cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.
BEHAVIOR / NOISE
One of the most coveted features of this neighborhood is the quiet relaxation it offers. This is not a party house, and excessive noise or exceeding the number of allowed guests will not be tolerated. Outdoor music at any hour is prohibited by City Ordinance. (This includes playing music indoors with the doors open). A quiet hour of 10pm must be respected. Any noise after this time must not be audible at the property line. A noise violation will result in costly fines, which will be withheld from your security deposit. A second or egregious violation will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental fees.
Dogs under 50 lbs (max of 2) allowed with $75 fee per dog.
Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $50 per day. Spa heat is always available with no additional fee.
