The ground floor welcomes you into a bright and elegantly furnished living and dining area, complete with a double sofabed, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. Adjacent to the living space, a fully equipped open kitchen features a bar area and connects seamlessly to the main living zone. A dedicated room on this floor offers a French bed measuring 160 cm, with its own private bathroom featuring a bath, shower, and double hand-basin, as well as direct access to the garden. A separate WC is also available on this level. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are each fitted with 2 single beds and a private shower room, with a further separate WC serving this floor.
