Spacious fully renovated villa, 150m from the beach and nautical activities and 200 from the village. Large living room - dining room with super equipped American kitchen (60m2) giving access to a large terrace (25m2) on the first floor. 3 comfortable bedrooms, bathroom and 1 separate WC on the 2nd floor, garage, bathroom and 1 WC on the ground floor, 1 WC on the mezzanine.

inzwischen haben wir zum 2. Mal das Ferienhaus besucht. Es ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Küche lässt praktisch keine Wünsche offen. Schön an diesem Haus sind die kurzen Wege zum Strand und in die Stadt. Die große Terrasse lädt zum Sonnenbaden, Gucken und Essen ein.Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Very enjoyable stay in Loctudy

Maison spacieuse et lumineuse à 2 pas de la plage de Langoz. Aménagée avec goût et très bien équipée. Parfaite localisation pour profiter de Loctudy, l'île Tudy, la pointe de la Torche (à 20 min en voiture), le phare d' Eckmühl etc!

Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einem schönen Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich. Selten haben wir eine vollständigt eingerichtete Küche gesehen. Es fehlte an nichts! Die erhöhte Terasse ist auch sehr schön. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die Strasse wo doch tagsüber und auch in den Randzeiten etwas Verkehr ist und der ist mitunter sehr flott unterwegs. Trotzdem würden wir das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten!

Toller Urlaub in Loctudy!

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen super Urlaub gehabt.

Très belle maison proche de la plage

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison qui est à la fois spacieuse, très lumineuse, bien équipée, pratique et bien décorée. Elle est idéalement située à deux minutes à pied de la plage de Langoz et à quelques minutes à pied du port, des commerces et des restaurants du centre-ville. Loctudy est une commune très agréable, qui a su conserver son charme en conciliant ses activités traditionnelles de pêche et le tourisme. Elle offre plusieurs belles plages et constitue un bon point de départ pour découvrir le pays bigouden. Merci pour ces belles vacances !

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Im September haben wir 2 Wochen unseren Urlaub in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und wirklich sehr geschmackvoll/hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns mit unseren beiden Kindern (2 und 5 Jahre) sehr wohl gefühlt. Im grossen Garten konnten die beiden gut spielen. Auch der Wohnbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist für ein Ferienhaus extrem gut ausgestattet und funktionell. Die Lage des Hauses ist nahezu perfekt. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz. Von der Terrasse hat man sogar einen "Mini-" Meerblick. Die Ortschaft ist auch zu Fuss schnell erreicht. Es gibt dort einige Geschäfte und Restaurants. Zum Supermarkt benötigt man ein Auto (am besten Leclerc Pont l' Abbe). Im Ort gibt es einen belebten Jacht und Fischereihafen mit entsprechenden Geschäften. Das Ferienhaus war wirklich eines der besten welches wir je hatten. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können den Ort/das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus unweit des Strandes

Unsere Erwartungen wurden vollauf erfüllt. Dieses renovierte Ferienhaus bietet viel Komfort. Toll ist die grosse Küche, in der es an nichts mangelt und man herrlich den frischen Fisch vom Hafen zubereiten kann. Das Wohn- und die Schlafzimmer sind sehr gemütlich und bei schönem Wetter geniesst man die Terrasse und den Garten. Der Plage de Langoz ist in 2 min zu Fuss erreichbar, die anderen Strände und Nachbarorte, wie Lesconil etc sind gut mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern erreichbar.

Sehr schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet, gute Lage

Wir (zwei Erwachsene ein zehnjähriges Kind) essen, kochen, schwimmen und segeln gern - all das macht das Haus durch seine gut eingerichtete Küche und seine Lage nah am Strand möglich. Interessante Ausflugsziele lassen sich gut von Loctudy aus erreichen. Sollte das Wetter mal schlecht sein, kann man sich die Zeit auch gut in dem großen geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnzimmer vertreiben. Die Zusagen und Auskünfte der Vermieter wurden alle eingehalten, die Abwicklung hat tadellos funktioniert. Wir kommen wieder!

Jolie maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Bel aménagement avec des pièces de beau design. Cuisine au top, rien ne manque pour cuisiner. Dommage qu'on ne puissent se servir du chauffage aux granulés pour les soirées fraiches d'avril !

La maison est agencée avec beaucoup de goût, nous avons profité de toutes les pièces (vaste salle de séjour, terrasse extérieure en hauteur), la cuisine est superbement bien équipée (les cuisiniers apprécieront), à qq minutes à pieds de la plage, bref, nous avons adoré !

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben in diesem schönen, perfekt eingerichteten Ferienhaus 14 wunderbare Urlaubstage mit der ganzen Familie verbracht. Bei bestem Wetter konnten wir Ausflüge zu interessanten Zielen unternehmen oder Badetage an den zahlreichen nahegelegenen Stränden erleben. Abends sind wir immer wieder gerne in unser "Basislager" zurückgekehrt, wo jeder von uns seinen eigenen Lieblingsplatz hatte. In Loctudy, einem hübschen kleinen Hafenstädtchen, konnten wir zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten sowohl sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch den Strand erreichen. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, bald wieder unsere Sommerferien hier zu verbringen.

Formidable !

Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux, tant dans la maison qu'aux environs. Pas de triche avec cette location de qualité. Nous y reviendrons, en espérant que les propriétaires continuent de la louer et qu'ils se rappelleront leurs premiers locataires d'été. Les propriétaires sont disponibles très rapidement. Tout est proche si l'on accepte de marcher 5 minutes (poste, boulangeries, restaurants,bar, marché, presse, port, poissonneries du port de pêche, office du tourisme, banque...). Et que faire d'autre lorsqu'on est en vacances ? Le seul bémol, la plage du Langoz a marée haute et fort coefficient devient un peu "petite". Il faut alors marcher 10 minutes pour accéder à la suivante. Mais pour qui aime le vélo, les balades, la pêche, la tranquillité, la voile (base nautique au bout de la rue pour prendre des cours), c'est parfait. Animé au centre, mais pas bruyant près de la maison. Et plein de choses et de lieux mervelleux à voir autour Une location tout à fait recommandée avec ou sans enfants, en famille ou entre amis.
