About this property

Just open the gate and step onto the beach! As Villa Antonia is north facing it is the perfect location for catching sea breezes and wonderful sunsets. The villa has 3 twin bedrooms, one bedroom can be made up as a double if required. A very large family kitchen with dining table leads onto the the spacious front veranda which is shaded and furnished for al-fresco dining. The stunning views stretch out before you across the Ionian sea and towards distant Albania, something you will never tire of.
Both the front and back of the villa have spacious balconies and the whole house is surrounded by a manicured garden with lawns and native plants. The villa is completed with a large built in barbecue, outdoor shower, children's swings and sunbeds.

As the villa is bungalow style and set on one level it is very suitable for families with small children and people with limited mobility.

On-site parking. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms. Car hire not essential. Free WIFI. Cot and highchair on request and free of charge

Très bien située

Maison idéalement située pour découvrir les environs. L’accès direct à la plage est un plus ! Petits restos à Acharavi bien sympas. Séjour très agréable dans l’ensemble.

Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu meckern. Tolle Lage, nette Gastgeber, schöne Lokalitäten in der Nachbarschaft. Gerne mal wieder.

Magnifique vue et très belle plage

Maison très agréable à vivre, en bordure de la belle plage d Acharavi. On entend le bruit des vagues depuis les chambres à coucher: dépaysant et reposant.

Wunderbare Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war in der letzten Aprilwoche, also vor der eigentlichen Saison. Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Einrichtung zweckmäßig. Die Eltern der Vermieterin haben ein Häuschen auf demselben Grundstück weiter hinten, waren aber nur ab und zu dort. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt und voller Blumen. Der alte Herr sprach Deutsch und war sehr hilfsbereit. Nochmals frische Handtücher bekamen wir auf Wunsch direkt. Die Lage ist einfach genial. Raus aus dem Tor und nach wenigen Schritten ist man im Meer. In allen Zimmern hört man auch nachts das Meeresrauschen. Der Ort ist eine super Ausgangslage für Erkundungen der Insel. Drei Supermärkte befinden sich oben an der Hauptstraße. Das Strandlokal Maistro können wir sehr empfehlen. Sehr netter Service inklusive gechillten Haustieren. Es war ein schöner und relaxter Urlaub.
