About this property

Wonderful house at beautiful Värmdö

Welcome to our amazing house located just a stroll away from the beach and the beautiful archipelago of Stockholm. Its big generous porch allows for cosy bbq evenings after having spent a day on the beach or why not a day trip to lovely Vaxholm. For colder days you can enjoy the sauna or the whirlpool with a wonderful seaview.

The main building offers a fireplace in the heart of the house - the kitchen and living room. The kitchen table easily hosts 8 people but can be extended to up to 12 for big dinners with friends and the same goes for the outdoor furniture. And in case the guests want to stay overnight they can enjoy the comfortable sofa bed:) The master bedroom has a 1.60 bed and 3 wardrobes and the smaller bedroom has a bunk bed. Toilet and shower is conveniently in two separate rooms.

The second building also has a toilet with shower and a main bed of 1.40 with additional top bunk bed. A luxurious sofa bed is in the living room with big glass doors out to the porch with sun beds and a whirlpool. Both houses have TV with chrome cast and internet and a washing machine in the main building.

In the garden, which is surrounded partly by the woods, you can, except for sauna and whirlpool, also find a kayak to use for a nice excursion on the sea. There is also a 5.5m motor boat that can be utilised after separate agreement. With the boat you have further exceptional access to the archipelago for longer excursions or just a 10 min trip to Rindö for lunch at excellent ”Batteriet”

The house is easily accessible by car just 35k outside Stockholm City which also enables for various outings to many different attractions.

Wonderful Tine!!

We had a Great Time at this Place! Nice houses with seaview, Sauna, Whirlpool, Grill. 3 minutes Walk to the sea. You can use the kajak. Nice surrounding and in 35 Minutes you are in Stockholm! We had a Great Week! Thanks to Petra!

Comfortable cabin in a beautiful, natural setting

The property is well set-up as a rental for a family. As described, it is two cabins - upper & lower. The upper one has the kitchen and two bedrooms. Note that the second bedroom is bunkbeds and is very small, so only appropriate for children who are about 12 years old or so, in my opinion. The lower cabin is newer and in good shape. Note that there is no division between the two rooms in the lower cabin, so limited privacy. The outdoor area is the highlight and the gas grill is very convenient. The main house feels like it could use an update, but is still very comfortable and inviting. The host was very considerate and left us coffee, sweets, olive oil and tea. The property is a 3-minute walk to the waterfront where there is a nice dock. You will want to have a car here.

Schönes Sommerhaus mit toller Lage nahe dem Meer

Wir haben uns in Petras Haus wenige hundert Meter vom Wasser entfernt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war super und alles im und um das Haus wie beschrieben. Die Küche ist für ihre Größe gut ausgestattet, die Umgebung ruhig und wir haben den Jacuzzi und die Saunen sehr gerne genutzt. Danke für zwei schöne Wochen in Södernäs!

Sommer 2023

Wir sind, wie auch 2021, sehr zufrieden mit diesem Ferienhaus und wurden mit einem netten kulinarischen Willkommensgeschenk begrüßt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war reibungslos und sehr unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. = alles perfekt, gerne wieder :-)

Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben eine Woche im August im Stockholmer Schärengarten verbracht. Bei dem angemieteten Objekt handelt es sich um ein größeres, älteres Haus und einen neuen kleinen Anbau. Das Kinderzimmer im Altbau ist sehr klein. Allgemein lässt sich sagen, dass es mangels leerer Schränke kaum einen Platz für die Ablage von persönlichen Dingen gibt. Das Bad und die Toilette sind nicht renoviert. Die Freizeitgestaltung mit hauseigenem Boot, Wasserski, Sauna und Whirlpool sowie die Lage des Anwesens sind jedoch fabelhaft. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr gut.

Wunderschöne Lage

Schöne Lage des Hauses mit großzügig eingerichteter Terrasse mit verschiedenen Sitzgruppen. Auch im beleuchteten Pool ließ sich der Abend genießen. Freundlicher hilfsbereiter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Zur Begrüßung standen Säfte aus der Värmdö Musteri bereit. Danke dafür. Die Küchenzeile bietet leider wenig Platz, um für 8 Personen zu kochen, hilfreich war der große Grill auf der Terrasse und ein zweiter Grill im Garten. Wir haben bei schönstem Sommerwetter die Woche in den Schären am Wasser genossen
