You will find a 4-room semi-detached house that spans over 100 square meters. The living/dining room is a spacious 40 square meters, equipped with a dining table, satellite TV, and an electric heater for your comfort. There are three bedrooms in total: one room with a 160 cm bed (length 200 cm), and two rooms with two 100 cm beds each (length 200 cm). Additionally, there is an open kitchen with modern appliances, including four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
