カサデイガッビアーニは、動物保護施設として使用される小さな田舎の家の上にあり、1986年に改装されて拡大し、崖の上にあります。 外観は石でできており、地中海のスクラブに完全に浸されています。 中にいる感覚は、陸と海の間でつり下げられているような感覚です。 西の露出は、太陽が季節に応じてエンフォラまたはカプライアの後ろに沈むまで光を与えます。 晴れた日にはコルシカ島を見ることができます。 崖のすぐ下にはズッピニャーノビーチがあり、徒歩で行くことができます。 他の道は家からそれほど遠くないところから始まり、徒歩またはマウンテンバイクで通行できます。 島の北東海岸はまだ非常に荒れており、カサデイガッビアーニでは、現実から離れて自然に完全に没頭することができます。

Wonderful spot with a view

The home is beautiful and easy to get to and access. Everything you need there and a lovely place to spend a holiday. The view is unparalleled and stunning for sunsets.

magical property

the house was amazing. simple, clean, tasteful, private. we loved staying here and plan on coming back as often as we can. having access to your own beach was also great. we couldn’t ask for more from a house and an island. definitely recommend it

Casa dei Gabbiani

Great place to have quiet space and relax. The birdsong so much of the day was beautiful. The views were spectacular. The hike down to the isolated beach was definitely steep, and ran into a few critters, but easy enough for all of us to get to the beach and enjoy the near solitude (except for a few fishing boats, a kayak, and a couple of tourists who landed from a boat). Looking forward to returning - hope it's not too far in the future!!

Nestled in a forest of scrub oaks on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean, this casa was exquisite ! The artfully decorated cozy interior offered multiple spaces for varied interests-reading, games, conversation, dining. Each room had French doors leading onto the extended terrace and bordering this was a grassy area with trees of flowers...framing the view below of the Mediterranean. The kitchen was very well equipped making it a breeze for any culenary endeavor. One could easily spend a day relaxing here or venture around the island visiting the neighboring small towns or larger port cities. The hostess was most accommodating. She made sure we were greeted upon arrival and she was available upon request if we needed any assistance. This location was excellent ! We found it hard to leave.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location

We stayed in Casa dei Gabbiani with our family of 2 parents and 4 young adults and enjoyed it from the first minutes. The location is very special with a breathtaking view over the bay, quiet and surrounded by nature. We loved to take our morning coffee on the roof-terace as well as watching the red horizon over the sea at sunset. We took the little path to the beautiful beach surrounded of steep coulorful rocks several times and enjoyed the privacity - we always were alone there! The house is very well equiped, cozy and comfortable especially in the kitchen we found really everything we needed! Thanks again to Maria Speranza and also to Emanuela and her husband for the easy communication and the hospitality! Eva and family

Magical Getaway on Elba

We've had a fantastic time with my family in Gabbiani house. The house is well-maintained, while carefully preserving its original design and elements. Perfect layout of rooms, beautiful furniture, pictures on the walls, even plates and utensils fit perfectly together. The location is wonderful, just like described on the pictures. You get to see stunning sunsets every evening from any room! There are no neighbours besides lizards and gekkos. The footpath to the beach requires some dexterity and adequate footwear - it's not for everyone. The beach itself is clean, pretty, and not very packed (the room for the boats to anchor is limited). But due to the challenge of climbing, we only went there twice - once on foot, and another time on a boat, which was super easy to rent in Bagnaia. A couple of minor technical things to note - the washing machine wasn't functioning properly, and there is no range hood over the stove (which makes cooking a bit less fun in the heat). But these were indeed minor, and we've had an truly magical time at the Gabbiani house. Hoping to be back there some day!

Fantastic house with natural surroundings, peace, privacy and a direct path to the bay of Zupignano

Our holidays on Elba in the Gabbiani house were fantastic. The fantastic location with a view of the sea and evening sunsets, the seclusion in a wooded valley with a private path to the imposing, beautiful and less frequented Zupignano Bay completely met our expectations. For our snorkelling holiday, this home was ideal in three ways: 1) Zupignano Bay with its pebble beach and rocky coastline is ideal for snorkelling. The waves caused primarily by the ferries were present during the day, but generally not very disturbing. 2) Many beautiful stretches of coastline on the island of Elba can be reached by car in a comparatively short time (e.g. also various ones on the south side). 3) In Bagnaia, only 7 minutes away, motor boats can be rented. This allows you to visit many different snorkelling spots on the north and east side of the island by water. The house is stylishly decorated inside and out and looks well maintained. The various terraces around the house are spacious and well equipped with umbrellas, seating and sunbeds. Inside the house, too, you quickly feel at home. Here, too, everything was available. We got to know Emanuela and her husband Salvatore as very nice and dedicated people. They look after the house very well and support quickly in case of any problems. The only thing missing from our point of view was an outdoor shower. With a shower head that was organised at short notice and makeshiftly attached to the garden hose and mounted on the tree, we were able to shower off outside from our snorkelling trips or for a short cooling down. A really nice place to visit again.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Charakter in einsamer traumhafter Lage

Wir haben eine entspannte Zeit auf der großen Terrasse und im wildromantischen Garten verbracht, mit atemberaubendem Blick Richtung Enfola und Capraia, die Sonnenuntergänge sind einfach fantastisch! Schöner Garten mit üppiger Mittelmeervegetation, blühende Oleander, Olivenbäume, Rosmarin, Thymian und vieles mehr. Das Haus ist geschickt in den Hang gebaut, die Grundrissgestaltung ist durchdacht, jedes Zimmer hat Zugang zur Terrasse mit guter Durchlüftungsmöglichkeit der Räume. Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher und mehr als ausreichend Töpfe, Gläser, Besteck und Geschirr. Auf der Terrasse gibt es viele nette Sitzmöglichkeiten, Sonnenschirme, Liegen etc. alles genügend vorhanden. Zur kleinen Bucht mit Steinstrand hinunter führt ein Trampelpfad gleich hinterm Haus. Die absolute Ruhe und Einsamkeit inmitten der mediterranen Vegetation mit phänomenaler Sicht bis die Sonne untergeht ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön!

Traumhaus an wildem Strand

wunderschönes Haus mit perfekter Sonnenuntergangs- Dachterrasse. Am besten hat uns der Trampelpfad zu dem - selbst im August- recht einsamen Strand gefallen. Trotzdem ist man nicht weit weg vom Ort und auch Portoferraio ist gut zu erreichen. Thank you Maria Speranza for sharing this exceptional villa with us!

Ruhe ohne Ende!

Absolut reibungsloser Ablauf, alles super sauber und die Übergabe ohne Probleme. Das Haus selbst ist super, die Lage absolut fantastisch. Wer Ruhe sucht und trotzdem die schönen Städte Elbas erleben möchte ist hier genau richtig!

Traumaufenthalt auf Elba

Wir waren bereits einige Male auf Elba in unterschiedlichen Ferienhäusern, aber dieses Haus übertraf all unsere Erwartungen. Perfekt ausgestattet, wunderschöne Einrichtung, die Lage ein Traum. Dazu ein Strand, der nur uns "gehörte". Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell und unproblematisch. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch Emanuela und Salvatore war bestens. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir fühlten uns in dem Haus sehr wohl. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lädt ein zum Entspannen. Bei der Anreise hatte unsere Fähre Verspätung, das war aber kein Problem. Wir konnten uns kurzfristig bei Emanuela per WhatsApp melden und wurden von ihrem Mann freundlich empfangen.

Schöne Finca mit Meerblick

Wunderschöne Finca in Alleinlage am Hang mit Blick auf das Meer. Mediterraner gepflegter Garten mit bequemen Liegestühlen in Südwestausrichtung (Sonnenuntergang in bester Sicht). Steiler Trampelpfad führt zum Strand (ca 15min). Vorbeifahrende Autos in Sichtweite aber nicht störend, man hört vor allem die Vögel und das Meeresrauschen. Wohnbereich modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Küche super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin, die sehr hilfsbereit war, wir konnten das Haus sehr spontan buchen ohne Probleme. Auch der Kontakt vor Ort mit dem Ehepaar, welches sich um das Haus kümmert war angenehm. Bäder funktional aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
