The upper floor boasts three bedrooms, one double with ensuite bathroom and another double and a twin plus another bathroom. In the night area, a powerful central air conditioning machine keeps all three bedrooms cool. If the bedroom doors are open, this system will ensure a comfortable climate for all.

The fully equipped kitchen seamlessly connects to the living room, featuring air conditioning and a smart TV. A glass covered terrace, an extension of the living space, ensures everyone finds a comfortable spot.

Descend to the lower level, where a studio awaits, just in front of the pool. The studio offers with a bathroom and basic kitchen/living area. The outdoor area is an oasis with a covered porch with table and chars for 8, private garden, refreshing pool with sundbeds, table tennis, and a spacious coal barbecue for memorable gatherings. Total privacy is ensured as the pool and garden levels are behind the house and a bit lower than the street level.

Convenient parking with a garage for one car and additional gated parking for one more car.

The villa features free high speed wifi.
