POSITION: located in a strategic place 1.5 km from the beach of Lerici - Venere Azzurra and 3 km from the beaches of FIASCHERINO and BAIA BLU, the most beautiful in the area, not to be missed. LERICI at 2 km with ferries boarding tour of the 5 Terre. Sarzana (exit A 12 recommended), very beautiful not to be missed, is only 4 km away (FS station for visiting 5 Terre). 25 minutes and you are in Forte dei Marmi for a walk or in Pietrasanta, a beautiful city, or you still prefer Portovenere to the church, always 25 minutes ... you decide ....

Alloggio un zona tranquilla e nel verde a 5 minuti dal centro di Lerici e dal mare. Locali puliti e nuovi tutti confortevoli.il proprietario gentile e disponibile per consigli sull'organizzazione del soggiorno(mette anche a disposizione un navigatore con le maggiori attrazioni già impostate!) Nulla di negativo da segnalare e consigliato a tutti!

Ferienwohnung Lerici

Vom Vermieter wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheißen und über viele hilfreiche Details informiert. Eine Mappe mit Informationen über Tipps für einen interessanten Urlaub stand zur Verfügung und war sehr hilfreich. Das Haus ist praktisch ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen und Wichtigen, sauber und ordentlich . WLAN und ein Parkplatz für das Auto waren neben dem Preis der Wohnung in dieser Gegend Pluspunkte, ebenso die strategische Lage. Mit dem Bus, Zug und Schiff waren die umliegenden Ziele günstig zu erreichen. Einziger Nachteil: der starke Verkehr auf der Strada Provinciale. Trotzdem 5 Sterne Urlaubszeit 15.06.2016-29.06.2016 Irmingard Gries

Cortesia e qualità

Ci colpisce subito come veniamo accolti. Cortesia e gentilezza contraddistingue i proprietari. Prezzi imbattibili nella zona. L'abitazione è praticamente dotata di tutto quello che serve per un breve soggiorno alla scoperta delle Cinque Terre e del Golfo dei Poeti. Fantastica anche la guida turistica che viene offerta ai turisti con tutti consigli e trucchetti per rendere emozionante e gradevole il soggiorno. L'abitazione si trova in posizione strategica. Risulta molto facile lasciare parcheggiata l'autovettura nel piazzale di servizio e proseguire con i mezzi pubblici che transitano sotto casa. Comunque, 5 stelle super meritate.

appartement bien situé et très propre

Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Appartement bien situé et propre. Nous avons apprécié le confort de ce lieu. Nous conseillons cet appartement pour visiter les Cinque Terre au départ de l embarcadère de Lerici (station balnéaire sympathique) mais aussi Pise à moins d'une heure par l'autoroute. Nous reviendrons à l'occasion.

Ospitalita e cordialità un "must" per i proprietari della struttura, nn manca assolutamente nulla per soggiorni brevi o lunghi, posto strategico comodo parcheggio interno esclusivo, che dire tutto ottimo ed il sig.Andrea una persona squisita e cortese siamo stati davvero bene!!! A presto!!! :-):-D

ottimo appartamento, pulitissimo e cucina dotata di tutto il necessario. Posizione dell'appartamento comodo al mare sia a lerici che a Fiumaretta dove la spiaggia e' piu' ampia, peccato che muovendosi con l'auto bisogna sempre pagare il parcheggio. Cosa assolutamente positiva e' il posto auto difronte all'appartamento. Valutazione nel complesso ottima per tutti i servizi. Se ne avro' l'occasione sicuramente ci tornero'. Consigliato da Dorina e Dario da Torino.

goodv quality for the price

The studio is located in strategic location near the bus stop which brings to Lerici and it's beautiful beaches so no need to move the car for to go to the beach which is an advantage as the parking fees are quite expensive. The only disadvantege is very busy traffic road in front of the house. The apatment is clean and very nice and modern inside, there's everything you need except the bedding and towels but it can be provided for a fee. The owner is very helpful and pretty organized, providing all the information about the area, transport etc. A bottle of wine that we recieved was a very warm welcome. 3 adult people stay comfortably inside. Very good price/quality . we will be coming back again.

Idéal pour la plage et la visite des Cinq terre

La maison est confortable et les propriétaire Chiara et Andréa sont charmant. Rien n'est laissé au hasard, vin blanc et restaurant de bienvenu, GPS et guide de la région laissé à disposition. Proximité de la plage même à pied prévoir le bus pour remonter. Idéal pour visiter les cinq terre. Le parking disponible pour chaque appartement. Le bon état général du logement et propre. Le seul petit inconvénient est que la terrasse est située côté de la rue principale qui est très fréquenté donc bruyante. CIAO

Una piacevole riconferma

E' la terza vacanza che trascorriamo in un appartamento dei signori Pampana , ma è la prima volta che soggiorniamo in questo grazioso , superaccessoriato , tranquillo e pulitissimo monolocale. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere il centro di Lerici e la famosa spiaggia Venere Azzurra , pur essendo fuori dal traffico , in posizione tranquilla e soleggiata. Anche in questo appartamento abbiamo trovato la stessa cura nei particolari , la stessa presenza di tutti gli accessori necessari per trascorrere un soggiorno senza problemi , dagli elettrodomestici al satellitare e alla connessione wi-fi . Apprezzatissimo il patio esterno recintato , in parte piastrellato e in parte in ghiaia , utilissimo per chi , come noi , viaggia con 2 cagnolini che possono sgambettare tranquilli senza disturbare i vicini e fuori da ogni tipo di pericolo. Ancor più apprezzato il parcheggio interno privato e adiacente al cancelletto d'ingresso , per poter scaricare i bagagli in assoluta comodità. In un luogo come Lerici , in cui i parcheggi sono rari come i quadrifogli , poter disporre di un parcheggio privato è una vera fortuna . I signori Pampana sono cordialissimi e disponibilissimi. Consigliamo di provare uno dei loro appartamenti : ne rimarrete entusiasti e , come noi , ci tornerete appena possibile.

Semplicemente fantastica!!!

Ho soggiornato in questa mini casa con marito,figlia e cane...mini casa ma grande comodità...non manca nulla davvero...pace,pulizia,precisione nei dettagli e nelle attrezzature,parcheggio,perfetta per il cane visto il cortile-terrazzo,punto strategico per visitare ogni cosa...Lerici meravigliosa,Sarzana stupenda,Tellaro incantevole,Fosdinovo con il castello dei Malaspina interessante...insomma semplicemente stupenda...non dimentichiamo la disponibilità del sig.Andrea...la definirei la casa dalle 6 p...complimenti...

Appartamento strategico e curato nei dettagli

L'appartamento si trova in posizione strategica e permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti le spiagge più belle della zona (le mie preferite: Baia Blu e Fiascherino), ma anche Portovenere (imperdibile, a circa mezz'ora d'auto), le Cinque Terre (traghetto da Lerici), Tellaro, Sarzana (5-10 minuti in auto. Da lì si può prendere il treno per le 5 terre), nonché la Toscana. Andrea ha curato ogni dettaglio dell'appartamento: porta blindata, doppi vetri (ottima insonorizzazione), cucina completamente attrezzata, TV satellitare, DVD, Internet Wi-Fi, letto con doghe (importante!). Insomma, ha curato l'appartamento come se fosse casa sua: troppo spesso si vedono appartamenti arredati con "rimasugli" di arredamento di prime case, ma in questo caso non è così. Valori aggiunti: l'approfondita guida (da lui compilata) a disposizione degli ospiti, il DVD turistico con le foto/descrizioni dei luoghi, la bottiglia di vino che trovi all'arrivo e (a seconda di quando si prenota e dell'offerta sul sito), il pranzo offerto in un ottimo ristorante che consiglio vivamente anche per cena. Non ho usato il navigatore GPS che lascia a disposizione degli ospiti (con i punti di interesse preprogrammati) perché avevo il mio, ma la trovo un'ottima idea. Infine, il posto auto interno è comodissimo perché la zona è tutt'altro che agevole in questo senso.

Soggiorno piacevole

Abbiamo trascorso la nostra vacanza di 2 settimane in questo monolocale che abbiamo trovato esattamente come descritto: nuovo, pulito e ben attrezzato. Siamo stati accolti da Andrea, molto disponibile e attento alle neccessità di chi, come noi, trascorreva le vacanze per la prima volta a Lerici. Il Golfo dei Poeti è incantevole anche se quest'anno il tempo non è stato troppo favorevole. Lerici offre buoni servizi e uno sguardo sul mare bellissimo .. anche dell'ottimo pesce!!

Posto ottimo e personale eccezionali!

Era la prima volta che visitavamo la Liguria e di sicuro aver trovato una sistemazione come questa ha contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza ancora piu'speciale! Gli appartamenti sono carinissimi,puliti,dotati di tutti i confort e comodi per raggiungere ogni meta con estrema facilità(sia in macchina che con i mezzi). Ma credo che la vera differenza l'abbia fatta la disponibilità e la cortesia dei proprietari:la guida che viene fornita all'arrivo in cui sono consigliate mete da visitare,spiagge e ristoranti in base ad una "classifica di gradimento" e'davvero utilissima per realizzare una vacanza A COLPO SICURO!!!!

Casa confortevole, ben arredata e completa di tutt

Il soggiorno presso l'abitazione dell'annuncio è stato ottimo, ci sono tutte le cose indispensabili e molto importante anche un posto auto privato. L'immobile è in ottimo stato, il proprietario si è dimostrato molto accogliente mettendo anche a disposizione una guida fatta da lui personalmente con una serie di indicazioni su spiagge, ristoranti e luoghi da visitare veramente fatta bene ed utile per chi non conosce bene la Liguria. Consiglierei sicuramente l'appartamento e molto probabilmente lo sfrutteremo ancora per nuove vacanze.

Soggiorno molto piacevole

Il soggiorno è stato confortevole. L'immobile era pulito e molto carino. Grande disponibilità da parte del proprietario che ha fornito anche una guida ben dettagliata sui luoghi da visitare, ristoranti e attrattive del posto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
