High floor apartment at Angket

Welcome to our condo in Pattaya. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.

Angket Hip Residence is located in Jomtien, approximately a 12 minute walk from the beach, and just down the road from a night market, where you can sample authentic Thai street food. The complex provides guests with many great facilities, including: a large swimming pool, a children's pool, fitness center, laundry service, a spa, club house, coffee shop, elevators, undercover parking, electronic key card access and 24 hour security.!

As a self-catering condo, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, a toaster, a kettle and a microwave.

This is a 14th floor studio condo which contains a double bed, sofa, coffee table flat screen TV and a desk.

There is one bathroom, which has a toilet, basin and a walk in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

The condo also features a balcony and air conditioning.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 1pm-6pm and check-out is 9am-11am (unless otherwise agreed in advance)
- Pets are not allowed at the property
- There is free parking on premises.

Please Note: As this is a self-catering apartment and not a hotel, utilities are not included in the rental cost and will be charged on check out.
A Security Deposit of 4,000 Baht is required on check-in, returnable on check-out.
