Property was lovely, very clean, perfect for relaxing. Information provided by host was very good and she was very accommodating for an earlier check-in (thank you). Very dog friendly m, we all had a great time

We thought this place was 'Ok'. It was a nice place, in a handy location but it could do with a bit of love and some things let it down. The beds weren't comfortable and we didn't feel rested afterwards. Someone else mentioned the weeds in the garden, which were still there. Also things like black mould in the bathroom and a dirty grill pan let the place down, amongst other things.

Excellent location to explore the New Forest and the Coast. Beautiful area surrounded by wildlife, great walks, nice eateries and pubs. We had a lovely week.

amazing cottage

lovely cottage - high ceilings gorgeous kitchen.The host was very helpful giving recommendations of things to do and where to eat.

Great accommodation

We stayed for 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is great. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well kitted out. The check in was easy too. We’ve enjoyed being so close to both the New Forest and the sea at Milford. Bournemouth is easily accessible for day trips too.

Nice quiet location. Nicely converted property. Lovely open-plan, kitchen dining living area. Nice bathroom en-suite.Really enjoyed our stay and would come gain.

Very well equipped, clean house close to the new forest

Super clean and well equipped house. Location is relatively quiet and great for my infant and 3 year old - close to Peppa pig world (!), Various beaches etc. All on 1 level was very practical for us with great showers, well equipped kitchen and garden with BBQ. Very comfy beds and we all slept well.

Enjoyable stay and very helpful host. Property is as described and true to the pictures in the listing. Would book again.The entrance to the property was a little trick to find the first time. If you need an exact point using ///sunbeam.prove.park on what three words.I recommend bringing beach appropriate footwear for the beaches which are close.

Lovely barn conversation on a great spot to explore!

The property was first class, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for us and we used it as a base for trips to hurst castle, IOW etc. We had a small issue with the heating which Emma was able to resolve almost immediately without any fuss. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the new forest!

Enjoyable stay but slightly disappointed overall with property. On arrival garden at front side and rear needed attendance untidy and overgrown. Not like photos. No bbq as in picture and details. But Emma did bring one and was helpful with information on area and restaurants. Nice touch her having left us a bottle of Prosecco but only 2 glasses for fizz which we did mention when saying thank you but no more appeared. No draws to put anything away in bedroom just small hanging space. There was a cupboard in hall which was full of spare bedding which could have been utilized for draw space for clothes. There were no instructions for oven, dishwasher etc. no information book in property which I have always found in other properties.

Eine klasse Ferienwohnung in toller Umgebung. Die Lage ist perfekt, um sowohl schnell zum Strand, als auch in den Wald für Wanderungen zu gelangen. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt im schönen New Forest. Ich liebe es dort. Eine kleine Anmerkung muss ich jedoch zur Unterkunft machen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich nett und perfekt aufgeteilt. Leider war bei unserem Aufenthalt das Geschirr, vor allem die Pfannen nich sauber und der Abstellraum und Schrank im Flur voll mit alter Bettwäsche. Schade eigentlich, da der Kontakt zum Vermieter und die Wohnung ansich toll waren. Ein Sonnenschirm für das Frühstück wäre noch super. Trotzdem würde ich wieder kommen und hoffe es war nur eine Ausnahme.

Short stay

Nice and clean inside, equipped well. Could not say the same for the outside, very untidy, weeds everywhere, patio area and garden not very well looked after which let the property down.

Great weekend break in the New Forest

The cottage was well furnished and comfortable and with everything you need. The garden is a lovely sun trap very secluded and private. We enjoyed horse riding and forest walks too cold to swim but lovely to seat on the benches by the sea with an icecream. Can't wait to be back and explore more soon.

Relaxing break

We had a lovely few days at this cottage. Really well equipped and comfortable rooms. We loved the area - enjoyed visiting friends in Lymington and the beaches at Milford and Barton. Highly recommend!
