この2階建てのビーチハウスは、2011年に建てられ、イエリソスの町からわずか3 kmにあるガヴリアディアビーチにある半戸建て住宅の大きなプライベートコンプレックスの一部です。建築様式は、ハルキディキの現代的な典型的なビーチハウスです。居住者だけにアクセスを許可し、家からわずか15メートルの駐車場に通じる電子バーがあります。わずか200メートル先にある素晴らしいクリスタルウォータービーチのある新しい夏の住宅地です。

私たちのサマーハウスは2つのベッドルームで構成されています。1階にはクイーンサイズのベッド、もう1つにはシングルベッド2台と布団、シャワー付きのバスルームがあります。上階には、広々とした倫理的な装飾が施された明るいリビングルームがあり、設備の整ったキッチンとトイレが付いています。 2つのバルコニー、大きな屋外の日陰のテラスエリア、および遊び場として使用できる多くの庭のスペースがあります。

このエリアはレリッソスの町から3kmにあり、たくさんのレストラン、バー、カフェテリア、ショップ、大型スーパーマーケット（Masoutis＆Lidl）、ATM、薬局などがあります。

イエリソスとテッサロニキ、国際空港のある最も近い大都市の間にはバス接続があります。

Lovely, comfortable villa in a quiet area

My family is in love with this Place, so we have been visiting this house several times and we will be coming back. The house is located in a very quiet and beautiful complex. The house was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The villa is close to a lot of beautiful attractions, restaurant and other activities. We have been recommending this property to all of our friends and relatives.

Dream house

This was by far our best stay across long-term rented accommodation in Chalkidiki. The house is absolutely brilliant -airy, spacious, bright, fully kitted with all mods and cons with peaceful environment, and overall the place oozes positive energy.The house is brand new and it's located in pedestrian area, the whole neighborhood is very quiet especially during night.The beach is less then 5 minutes walk away. You can also go to other beaches every day with not much time by car. The hosts are great. Very honest, polite and helpful. Overall, I totally recommend this place.I will definitely be returning with my family to this place ideally for longer-term stays.

Relax @ Max

The complex is quite large but we didn't felt pressed in any way and it's also safe for children. The property is clean, well maintained and very nice decorated. Because of the layout of the rooms you don't need to use the air-conditioning, the climate is very pleasant in the house even in the hottest days. The beach is at around 200m and it is quite long (a least 800m). The car is needed to reach Ierissos, where you can find a lot of shops and Tavernas. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Nicolas was a great guy to treat with. Maybe we will see each other also next year.

A perfect choice

We liked our staying in Ierissos very much! The house is very clean and comfortable, the kitchen well-equiped. The location is good and the beach very close to the house!The owner was very kind and hospitable to us!

relaxing holidays!

the house was very clean and well equipped!! it is in a good location and close to the beach (200m). I went with my family and i would recommend it especially for family vacation! the owner was very friendly and helpful..ideal for excursions to nearby places and beaches!
