The private and magnificent haven of well-being "Heaven on earth", an ancient stone house of 400 square meters of living space and 120 square meters of panoramic terrace, completely renovated in 2018 and 2019, set in a large natural garden in the steep slope with century-old trees, spring and stream, towers 800m above the 'Lake Maggiore'. From the 120 m2 large terrace, furnished with fine garden furniture and a designer brazier, which is available to guests, there is a spectacular and unique view of Lake Maggiore, the 3 Borromean Islands and the Swiss Alps. The interior of the house is a mix of u design. rustic; walls made of stone and old wood, a giant ancient fireplace of stones and old beams, a wooden staircase made of 200 year old beams. The very romantic 55 m2 "Chalet" style Suite in the 2nd attic with total privacy, made entirely of wood, is divided into two separate rooms connected by a small corridor. Note: There are no other guests in the house during the booked stay. In the basement there is the luxurious "WELLNESS CENTER" of 100 square meters for private and free use with sauna, Turkish bath, reaction tank to cool off, elegant beds to relax in front of the 3D illusion fireplace, 2 emotional showers of GESSI (50 x 50) with chromotherapy in synchrony with the jet hydromassage, the colors change from blue to green and finally to red. Functions: waterfall, rain fall and nebulizing water jet, there are weight benches, elliptical trainer. The Wellness area is equipped with a Bang & Olfusen Sound-System system, a 65 ”Flat-Tv, coffee and tea bar, fruit and biscuits. Included in the stay is a continental breakfast.
