Three Bedroom Villa - PV29 - Almancil, Algarve

Villa Lucas is a recently refurbished, three bedroom villa located in Vale do Garrao beside Dunas Douradas. Villa Tree Tops is a short walk through the Ria Formosa to Garrao beach where you will find numerous popular restaurants including Izzy's and Julia's. There are many golf courses within 10 kilometres of the villa. The resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are ten minutes by car. This is the perfect base for your holiday in the Algarve.


The villa is built over two levels. The entrance leads to the open plan living room with cable TV, dining area and doors to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge/freezer and oven. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. 


There are two bedrooms are the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed and en-suite bathroom overlooking a terrace. Bedroom two has twin bed and en-suite bathroom. 


The master bedroom is on the first floor of the villa. It has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace with outdoor sofa. 


Outside there is a half moon, private swimming pool measuring 9 x 4 metres (can be heated against an extra cost ). A dining set is provided for alfresco dining.


Rates include maid service twice a week, bedroom linen and bathroom towels.
