We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data.

The apartment is located on the second floor of one of the historic buildings in the center, and overlooks the internal streets. It consists of a large living area with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower. the house does not have a private parking space, but there are public parking lots in the immediate vicinity.
