Bean Station Cherokee Lake Front w/Dock and Boat Ramp

One bedroom, (two bed), one bathroom guest house on Cherokee Lake. House is fully furnished with private boat ramp and dock on the property that you can use. Great lake front location right off Hwy 25 on gated private peninsula. Located about 30 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains. Ample parking for any type of boat or jet ski you may have. Enjoy swimming, fishing, jet skiing, canoeing, right in your back yard. The guest house is located right next to our main house and is actually under the patio that you see in the pictures. The guest house can accommodate up to 5 people, so please limit the number of cars parked on the property to three. Outside guest who are not staying in the guest house are not allowed without prior approval. Wifi is now available as well. We are definitely pet lovers, but due to some guests not following our pet policy and ruining our furniture, we no longer will be allowing pets.

Absolutely Beautiful Lake House

Another amazing stay!

This was our second time staying here. We enjoyed every minute. This house has everything you need. We cooked several meals in the kitchen. The beds are incredibly comfortable. We love having coffee down by the lake. Super clean and we will definitely be back!

Our favorite place!

This property is definitely one of our favorite places to stay. The owners are great and everything is so clean and comfortable. This was our third time staying here and will continue to be the first place we look at when booking a trip!

Love this place!

Second time staying here and we absolutely love it! Perfect for two people and would be great for a family or an additional couple also. The queen size bed can be partitioned off for a little privacy and the king size bed is super comfortable. Beautiful view of lake and can drive to boat dock through the grass if you don’t want to walk the hill. Exactly as described and hosts are very nice and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

A little slice of Cherokee paradise

We visited over our 24th wedding anniversary in late July for 3 nights. We tkae our boat all over the southern KY / TN region (from Cincinnati), but we'd never been to Cherokee Lake. It's by far our new favorite. The lake was so quite and peaceful, no big crowds or mass amounts of wake setters or speed boats, no steps of doom from the house to the lake, and an easy drive! Even more, this property was perfect for us, and the owners are just our speed! It's a guest house on their property but has outstanding privacy, breathtaking views of the lake, and is beautifully decorated. We can't say enough about how great it was.

Softball Tournament Hideaway

We stayed here during our daughter’s softball tournament, everything about this place is amazing! The views are spectacular and everything is so cozy. We are planning to visit again and enjoy the atmosphere.

Fishing trip

Dad and myself came down for a fishing tournament. Came down a few days prior to explore the lake. Property and host were both amazing! Ramp was usable and parking was plentiful. Would recommend for fishing or for a nice get away. I’ll be going back.

Awesome Venue!

We came to the area to investigate potential retirement destinations. Wanted to be on the lake while we searched. This place did not disappoint! I will refer customers and colleagues to here when they visit the area. Jason and Lisa are excellent hosts!

Minnesotans checking out Tennessee fishing

We were on a fishing trip and and fished the whole time. Lisa and Jason were really nice people to be around. If I could do it over, I would reserve more time to visit with them. Very nice people. Excellent place to stay. Clean, nice kitchen, great location, 5 stars!
