This modern, detached bungalow, with its own garden equipped with a putting green, is perfect for couples and small groups, with local rail link to Edinburgh and Glasgow.. All on the Ground Floor:

Finished in early 2020 and constructed with guests and holidaymakers in mind, every effort has been made to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. The property has two comfortable double, en-suite bedrooms at either side of the main living space, the lucky guests enjoying the âformal masterâ bedroom have the advantage of enjoying French doors leading to a covered hot tub. The main living area provides an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. Finished with comfortable modern furnishings youâll find everything you need to have the home away from home youâre looking for.
There are three trout fishing lochs within a 10-minute drive, and a local 18-hole golf course only a 5-minute drive away (able to play Monday-Friday). The route 75 cycle track is also on the doorstep. Shop and pub œ mile, restaurant 3œ miles.
