Welcome to this idyllic cottage on southern Gotland with incredibly beautiful natural surroundings! Here you live comfortably in a nice cottage with a large terrace overlooking the lush garden. Rural and scenic surroundings close to Gotland's pearl; Eksta Kusten and many other places not to be missed! Feel the peace at the cottage or take an excursion to Klintehamn or the Karlsöarna, or why not enjoy a luxurious lunch at the attractive Djupvik Resort! A nice walkway leads you to the cottage where you reach the entrance via the terrace which extends from one long side of the house to one short side. In the cottage you are welcomed by an open social floor plan with dining area and living room in one. From here you reach the kitchen with access to the covered terrace. The kitchen has good work surfaces and it is equipped with fridge / freezer, stove, oven, kitchen fan, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Dining area next to the window in the living room with a nice view of the garden. On the entrance level there is also the toilet with shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin and small top-loading washing machine. Upstairs you reach all beds, the upper floor is divided into two bedrooms. To get to the bedroom at the far end with a double bed, passage through the bedroom with two single beds is required. Upstairs you also have access to a desk and a lovely balcony with a secluded location against beautiful nature. The luxury of being able to choose whether you want to enjoy the morning coffee to the birds' song on the balcony or down on the terrace! Here is the holiday accommodation for you who want nature as a neighbor with convenient distance to sights, services, bathing areas and much more! Choose between several different bathing places such as Sandhamn, Västergarn and Kvarnåkershamn within about 15-20 minutes drive or why not go east to Ljugarn with its fine sandy beach and popular restaurants. If you want to treat yourself to a little luxury, you can go to Fröjel Resort and Spa (approx. 10km) which is located above the beach in Sandhamn or a visit to Djupvik hotel which offers an extraordinary environment. Take the family to Gotland Zoo which is located about 30 km north to visit all the fun animals or Gotland's domestic horses 'Gotlandsruss' on Lojsta Hed (about 13 km). Eksta kusten, which is a famous nature reserve, is a must when visiting Gotland, the stretch of coast with its unique nature that offers Gotland's most beautiful view of Stora and Lilla Karlsjö. Bring a picnic basket and find just your strawberry place with a view you will soon forget! Good to know You share the plot with the owners. Large parking with space for several cars.
