Vacation in paradise

We had a wonderful holiday in this house. In the morning we sat on the terrace in front of the living room and watched the sunrise. Afterwards we went to one of the beautiful beaches nearby. We were paricularly pleased with the turtles that sometimes visited us. Glenda was a loving caregiver who we could contact at any time.

The house is located in the countryside, although near the sea, the streets are not very large and usually the access is fine with cars but maybe not easy with a van. Anyways it has been a real pleasure to have Antonia and her friends at our place. They really took care of the house. They left it tidy and super clean.

Gorgeous house and area

This house was everything we needed for a 10 day trip with my husband and siblings (4 people). Great views of the mountains and the ocean, surrounded by a lovely olive orchard. If you’re looking for a quiet, rustic Sardinian experience, this is for you. We visited some of the nuragi within walking distance, and the beaches near the house are really incredible - our favorite by far was Spiaggia di Cristolaxedu, the water was crystal clear turquoise, beautiful clean sand, views of Torre di Salinas, and an excellent little beach bar where we often ate lunch and enjoyed aperol spritzes in the shade. Our favorite dinner was a short drive away at Agriturismo il Nuraghe, excellent and affordable pre fixe menu with amazing Sardinian cuisine. Being here in mid-July, the sun was quite hot by midday but the sea water was like a bath, rivaling even the best beaches in Maui in my experience. We also cooked a lot in the house, it was easy to go food shopping in nearby Muravera, we definitely enjoyed culurgioni and fregola for the first time! Glenda was an excellent host, always responsive and Manuel was always there to immediately resolve any issues. As a group of Americans, I know we can have high standards for these kinds of experiences, but it was quite comfortable for us. We definitely hope to return based on this experience.

Das Haus war sauber, die Aussicht auf das Meer prächtig. Wir konnten immer draussen essen. Zwei Aussentische mehr wären nötig, um einen Apéro am Abend an der Sonne zu geniessen und am Morgen auf dem vorderen Rasenplatz zu essen. Der Holzesstisch hinter dem Haus war sehr wackelig und verzogen. Die Fliegengitter waren zum Teil gerissen.Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen, das Haus war hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet, der Unschwung wild- romantisch. Es hat sogar einen Kräutergarten mit Salbei, Rosmarin und Oregano! Bei Anliegen war die Gastgeberin immer verfügbar.Wir haben vom Haus aus einige Velotouren an verschiedene Strände gemacht. Am Morgen früh um 6 Uhr hört man den Hahn krähen und die Hunde bellen.Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter und würden wiederkommen.

Eine sehr schöne und weitläufige Unterkunft, etwas abgelegen mit interessanter Zufahrt. Liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und ein großer Gartenbereich. Toller Meerblick vom Zimmer und Balkon aus. Ideal zum entspannen und die Ruhe zu geniessen. Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Sehr angenehme, schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist genauso ruhig und idyllisch, wie beschrieben – perfekt zum Abschalten und Erholen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, besonders die Strände sind spektakulär und laden zum Baden und Spazierengehen ein.Die Anfahrt zur Unterkunft ist allerdings etwas abenteuerlich. Ohne eine genaue Einweisung oder Wegbeschreibung wäre sie schwer zu finden. Hier wäre ein kleines Hinweisschild oder eine detailliertere Beschreibung hilfreich.Der Garten ist sehr großzügig und bietet viel Platz, allerdings könnte er eine kleine Pflegeeinheit vertragen. Auch die Gartenmöbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen – stabilere und bequemere Varianten wären wünschenswert.Die Küche ist funktional, aber teilweise merkt man, dass einige Elemente ausgetauscht werden könnten. Für Selbstversorger ist die Versorgungslage in der Stadt sehr gut – alles Nötige ist problemlos erhältlich. Die Gastronomie vor Ort ist eher einfach und überschaubar, spontane Restaurantbesuche sind daher etwas schwierig.Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern oder Ruhesuchende ist die Unterkunft ideal. Mit einem Teenager war es stellenweise etwas zu ruhig – hier wäre ein wenig mehr Abwechslung in der Umgebung schön.Fazit:Eine schöne Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage mit viel Potenzial. Mit ein paar gezielten Verbesserungen bei Ausstattung und Pflege könnte das Urlaubserlebnis noch perfekter werden.

Gentilissima Manuela, Vi ringraziamo moltissimo per la Vostra recensione. Ci dispiace che abbiate incontrato qualche difficoltà. Le indicazioni che forniamo a tutti gli ospiti via what's up includono la posizione cliccabile su google Maps, le foto con gli ingresso delle strade e i cartelli posizionati a posta per gli ospiti, nonche' un video della proprietà che indica i dintorni. Faremo inoltre un check delle suppellettili da cucina. Per quanto riguarda gli arredi interni invece vi sono diversi pezzi antichi che speravamo potessero aggiungere autenticita' e carattere alla villa, ritienendoli superiori ad alloggi di pari prezzo nella zona. Il giardino invece ha una ampiezza di circa 20.000 metri quadrati tra uliveto e macchia mediterranea la cui caratteristica è proprio quello di essere, per sua natura un po' selvaggio. Il prato all'inglese e la zona intorno alla casa, sono invece i destinatari delle maggiori cure. Speriamo comunque che il Vostro soggiorno sia stato piacevole, per noi è stato un piacere avervi come nostri ospiti.

Wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen

Wir haben im Mai 1 Woche bei Glenda in Ihrem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Bilder entsprechen 1 - 1 der Location. Absolute Ruhe, tolles Grundstück, der Strand ist in 2 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht. Es gab zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Sekt im Kühlschrank, vielen Dank dafür. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Einziger kleiner Mangel, die Bäder könnten mal renoviert werden ;-)

Toller Ausblick

Das Haus liegt wunderschön inmitten von Olivenbäumen. Ein toller Blick zum Meer. Man sollte kein zu großes Auto haben, da der Zufahrtsweg etwas eng ist ;-), Wir haben die umliegenden Restaurants und den wunderbaren Giovanni Strand mit dem Rad erreicht.

Schöne Ferien auf Sardinien

Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien in diesem Haus. Schöne Zimmer mit toller Aussicht auf's Meer oder in die Hügel hinter dem Haus. Es war alles da was man brauchte. In ein paar Minuten war man mit dem Auto am superschönen Sandstrand oder in Muravera zum Einkaufen oder Essen.

Schöner, Ruhiger Ort an der Costa Rei 😊

Wer die Ruhe liebt sitzt am Morgen auf einer wunderschönen Sonnenterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Nach einem Strandbesuch am Abend auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge, bzw. das Hinterland. Dieser Wechsel war immer wieder aufs Neue einfach klasse.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem schönen großen Haus mit dem riesigen Grundstück genossen. Viele sehr schöne Strände sind zügig mit dem Auto erreichbar, auch einige Supermärkte. Mietwagen ist unbedingt erforderlich.

Sehr schönes Haus auf riesigem Grundstück in schöner Lage. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Besuche an den schönen Stränden der Costa Rei. Es lief alles problemlos. Unbedingt Mückenspray einpacken.
