The upper floor houses 2 bedrooms: the first bedroom contains a double bed measuring 160 cm, while the second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm. The apartment has 1 bathroom, complete with a toilet, located on the upper floor. A private entrance provides direct and independent access to the apartment.
