Super-equipped 28 sqm studio with 3 beds; comfortable bathroom with shower; kitchen with window equipped with sink, 4 gas burners, microwave and refrigerator; dining area with table and three chairs; sleeping area with 1 french bed (140 x 200) and 1 single bed (80 X 190); Flat screen TV; radiators and air conditioning; WI. FI. free available throughout the hotel. The apartment shares the reception and laundry area with the other guests. It is about 150 meters from the Ottavia stop of the FL3 metropolitan train which allows you to reach the San Filippo Neri Hospital and the Gemelli Hospital in a few minutes; in about 20 minutes you can reach San Pietro and the Vatican. In the Valle Aurelia stop there is the connection with the metro A which in a few minutes takes you to the historic center of Rome. Very close to the apartment supermarket, bar, tobacconist, butcher, pizzeria, restaurants and bank. The balcony overlooks the Insugherata park.
