Lovely Clean city centre flat

Hello! We enjoyed our stay in this apartment which is wonderfully situated in the heart of Cardiff. Host is very responsive and friendly. The flat had everything we needed and is very comfortable. Apt close to train station

10 min walk from the train station a plus! Noise from the trains is a minus. We did a nice walk through a beautiful park. Security in the building is great. We did find the flat to be dirty. Not filthy but could use a good clean and a new paint job to brighten things up. Kitchen was well stocked with cereals, spices, oils etc. overall a decent place to stay.

Spacious central apartment

We enjoyed our stay in this Cardiff apartment. The place is warm and roomy, with plenty of extras for our use. Nice and spacious, well appointed, close to the heart of Cardiff. The check in process was easy and our host was very responsive. Many thanks.

First Visit to Wales

Jon was great with communications and access to the unit. There were 4 seniors staying and it was a bonus to have 2 washrooms. Handy as well was the Tesco store across the street for groceries and the numerous eating area close by. We did a hop on bus and the stop was right across the street. The apartment building concierge was very helpful as well. The closeness of the train station was great (7 minutes). The kitchen area was very well stocked. A note telling us to help ourselves to whatever was there made us feel like friends. I will be looking for the Biscoff biscuits in Canada. Thanks Jon ... we had a great visit.

Great location

The property is in a great location with parking included and is excellent value. It could use some touching up and there is a Trainline outside the bedroom windows but it was surprisingly quite. Might not be for you if you're an extremely light sleeper though

Clean, comfortable, good location

As advertised, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment very central for shops and the main rail station. Very secure with a helpful concierge service. Good, plentiful lifts. Slightly noisy at rush hours due to the proximity to the rail station and the roads (local bus service & hop on hop off bus just outside) but double glazing really effective so just close the window! Beds are comfortable, towels provided of an adequate number. Enough crockery for 4 at least. Hair dryers, kettle, microwave, cooker, washing machine, fans all provided. Parking at the apartment appeared plentiful. Castle, museums, shops, bars, restaurants, arena, Cardiff Arms Park all in easy walking distance. Would use it again if travelling to Cardiff.

Accuratelly described home and easy stay.

My friends and I had a great stay at John's home. Everything was as it was described. The place feels extra safe with apartment staff available almost 24 hours per day. Hot water, heat and plenty of basic needs for a weary traveler. Most importantly, John was easy to get a hold of for any questions. Recommended.

Highly recommended

Cannot fault this apartment at all. It was exactly as described. Very clean and perfect for our short stay in Cardiff. Ideally situated right opposite the shopping centre with a Tesco Express just across the road too. Would love to have the opportunity to stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend.

Lovely Apartment

What a lovely place!! This apartment is perfectly positioned....10 mins from Cardiff Central train station...10 minutes from St Mary's Street and the Principality Stadium.....2 Minutes from the Motorpoint Arena....its central!!! The flat is immaculately kept, plenty of room. There's also loads of parking..just can't fault any of it

Cardiff Home

This is a great rental. The location is perfect with the proximity to many shops and restaurants. It is very clean, roomy and well stocked. The shower was outstanding!!! Terrific home base for all your needs on a visit to Cardiff. You will be so pleased with your choice.

Highly recommend

My sisters and I had a fantastic stay. Could not fault the apartment at all. Location is spot on. Great aswell because I parked up underground and did not use my car until I left. communication with Jonathan was great and fast to reply. A very clean and tidy apartment.

Great apartment in a great location

This is a lovely apartment in the heart of Cardiff, just a few minutes walk away from all the city has to offer. The apartment is very spacious with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The only downside for us personally is that the beds are only doubles rather than kingsize, and with two couples both used to a little more space at home that took some getting used to. The beds are clearly noted as doubles on the listing though. Jon, our host, was very accommodating and even let us check in a little earlier than planned. There's a huge TV in the lounge with access to Sky Channels and catch-up tv and the wifi signal was strong throughout. We would happily stay again but might have to prepare ourselves in advance for sleeping in smaller beds than we're used to.

Excellent. Bum only complaint was it was very warm but fans had been provided.

Location excellent. However the sofa beds were really uncomfortable so really it is only suitable for 4 people not 6 ( and who can/want to share a double bed).
