Casa Carra is a tastefully decorated 3 bedroom villa in the popular residential community known as Buganvillas. Casa Carra is a modern villa with all the comforts of home - It will not disappoint. The villa has a private heated pool with fibre optic internet connection for great WiFi.As you approach Casa Carra you find yourself at the large front door with your own private parking space. Once through the front door you will find opposite the long kitchen with a separate area at the end with your washing machine and extra storage, there is a big window and patio doors leading to the outside area, The kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect from a villa of this standard. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, hob, kettle, toaster and plenty of cutlery and crockery that will keep even the most enthusiastic of cooks happy.The villa has three bedrooms, two being King rooms and one being a twin room. The Master room has an ensuite and separate patio doors leading out to a terrace area with a table and comfortable seating, with access to the well-maintained garden. The Ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Coming out of the bedroom you are in a corridor with built-in wardrobes a second bathroom with a toilet and sink in and the doorway to a twin bedroom. The lounge is a large space with a feature glass roof and double glass doors on two sides leading to the garden and terrace. This means the room is flooded with light and gives an open feel to the property. The lounge has two large comfy sofas and a coffee table and TV cabinet with a widescreen TV. The TV system has a large selection of channels including Sky Sports, Movies and news. On the opposite side of the hallway, you will find a bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath. There is a sink a toilet and a bidet in here. Next to this you have the second king bedroom with large windows to the front of the property. Moving to the outside of the property you will find your own little Sun Haven, The electrically heated pool is 7m x 3 m. Surrounding the pool you have sunbeds and little tables for you to be able to soak up the sun in between taking a dip or the villa benefits from a rattan sofa to sit comfortably outside.As you first come out of the large doors from the lounge or the kitchen you will find a dining table with six large comfy chairs around it; this area is protected from the sun by a pergola. Across from here you will find stepping stones taking you through the mature garden to the large built-in Canarian BBQ. The villa sleeps up to a maximum of 6 people. The villa is located centrally in Playa Blanca and is approximately a 15 to 20-minute walk to the main area, which has an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and 3 lovely beaches.For beach lovers, Playa Blanca is also known for the world-renowned Papagayo Beaches. Completely un-commercialised, stunning natural beaches are only a short drive away.____Additional Villa Information:Air conditioning where available is coin-operated.
