In Sabaudia, just 900m from the square, lovely apartment for 4p. of 60sqm on the 1st floor with lift in a new residential context ideal for a peaceful and comfortable holiday. Commercial services at 200m and new shopping center at 600m. 2km away from the beaches, reachable also by shuttle or by bike. Fully furnished and air conditioned in all rooms.
Equipped with fully equipped kitchen, large living room with sofa bed and 42 '' TV, bathroom with large shower and washing machine, bedroom with walk-in closet. Electric vacuum cleaner-broom, iron and ironing board. The balcony is equipped with table and chairs and 3 awnings. The sofa bed has a bed opening system of only 5 seconds (effective) with welded mesh and double mattress in 12 cm thick Ergo Foam.
Equipped with outdoor parking space + large garage.
I provide one or more bikes in the garage and any sea equipment.
