The Teodora (LOV100) is a 2-room apartment with a 40 square meter area, spread across two levels, situated on the ground floor. The living/dining room features a double sofa bed and satellite TV, with an exit leading to the terrace. An open kitchen equipped with four hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine is also available. On the upper level, accessed by a spiral staircase, there is one room with a French bed and air conditioning, along with an exit to the balcony.

Amenities Included
The property offers a shower, bidet, and WC. No heating option is available. Outdoor spaces include a 4 square meter balcony and a 24 square meter terrace, furnished with balcony furniture and a portable barbecue. Facilities such as a washing machine and free WiFi internet are provided. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and pets/dogs are allowed (up to 2).
