Two bedroom apartment located only 170m from the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Located on the second floor with elevator and intercom, it has a maximum capacity of 4 people.

The apartment consists of a living-dining room with tv and direct access to a balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are 2 double bedrooms: one with 2 single beds pushed together (80x190cm) and one with bunk beds (90x190cm). It has 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. Parking for 1 car included in the price.

Pets accepted only on prior request and with a supplement.

Ideal apartment for families, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

The apartment is situated near Llafranc beach, one of the most stunning on the Costa Brava coast!

Apartamento correcto cerca de la playa

El apartamento tiene un nivel de limpieza correcto con una cocina bien equipada y limpia. Buenos armarios empotrados por todo el apartamento. Edificio tranquilo y muy limpio. Camino llano para acceder a la cercana playa. Nos hemos sentido cómodos en el apartamento. El único inconveniente es que es un segundo piso sin ascensor.

Buena ubicación

Buena ubicación. Que tenga dos baños. Los lugares de la zona son muy bonitos y al ser temporada baja estaban muy tranquilos La falta de algunos detalles. No había ni detergente fregaplatos, ni papel higiénico (nos dieron medio rollo para una semana y dos baños). Tampoco viene mal un poquito de sal, azúcar,etc. Son pequeños detalles pero que marcan la diferencia con otros apartamentos en los que hemos estado.

Bel appartement mais qq points négatifs

Appartement conforme à l’annonce et très bel emplacement, près de la plage. Points négatifs néanmoins (venant du fait que c’est une agence et qu’on n’est pas hébergé chez un habitant) : pas assez de vaisselle (verres notamment) ; cuisine et salles de bains sans aération, étouffant, pas de tapis de bain ; aucun aliment disponible (pas même le sel et le poivre, je n’avais jamais vu ça !!), ni produit ménager ; des ventilateurs seraient indispensables ; le lit double est extrêmement bruyant (tête de lit à enlever car ça grince terriblement au moindre mini-mouvement).

Excellent location

Excellent location close to the beach. The apartment is perfect for two or four people. The kitchen is very functional and has all the required equipment to prepare good meals but does not come with any consumables (salt, pepper, etc). Beds are good and bathrooms in good condition. Nice seating area with comfortable couches and cosy fireplace. Quit building during our stay and quiet surroundings as well. Perfect location for a beach holiday or more active vacation (bike, hiking). A bit of a negative point is the fact that it has has no airconditioning. We recommend the owner to provide at least a ventilator (or two) to help ease the warm nights in the summer. Another minor issue was the garage where our car (bmw6) did not fit inside. Smaller cars would probably fit without problems. We could park in the free parking nearby although this might be challenging in the weekend. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
