the pool there are sun loungers design to take the sun, but also the
different areas are furnished to spend pleasant moments of relaxation
and outdoor fun. 
On the sides of the villa there are spacious verandas with wooden canopy and stained glass windows. One of these is a large dining to be able to have lunch and dinner in the garden. The entrance to the interior real is a large living area
tastefully furnished with dining room, living room and fully equipped
kitchen, with accessories such as an ice-cream machine, yogurt maker,
blender, electric kettle. The high-level furniture makes the villa a
real home charm. 
The sleeping area is formed by as many as
6 bedrooms, with 7 bathrooms with shower. Specifically, the type of
rooms is the following: there are 2 triple rooms with private bathroom, 1
double bedroom with bathroom in room and 2 twin rooms without bathroom
in the room. The remaining 3 beds are on the sofa bed.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Just small size pets are allowed with extra payment for specific cleaning of euro 130 to pay upon arrival.

- Mandatory midweek cleaning fee euro 130 every 4 days, not included in the price and to pay upon arrival.
