This property was great! We loved it! It is right downtown. Walking distance to anything you are interested in doing or seeing downtown. The interior was beautiful. It was equipped with everything we needed and the host was fantastic! I guess you can tell I loved our stay and the property. I would definitely recommend!

Great house and more than fully equipped. Just know that this is located on a very busy, noisy street that goes on all night. East bedroom is very luxurious and comfortable, but with such thin windows, it was difficult to sleep well. Overall though, a fantastic location and beautifully decorated place! Very kind and helpful Owners as well.

Carla. Glad yall enjoyed our home. Let me address the noise issue. The two king suites are not street side and are quiet for sleeping. The queen room overlooks exciting Central and can some times be a bit noisy from street. That is part of the city downtown experience😀. Like in New York. While the street noise adds to the energy we understand sleep 😴 guests usually use a sound soother. I will add a sound soother for those who travel without one. Thank you for the input.

Absolutely the perfect location you can walk to everything we did take the car one day to go to the races at Oaklawn, was amazing time. SoHo had everything you could need, beautiful, efficient, great location, and easycommunication with the host. I have nothing negative to say. we loved it!

We stayed here to attend a conference. I LOVED the location and how artistic the rooms were. I also loved how many beds there were and how friendly and quick to reply the owner was. I've already booked another stay!

We were in town for a conference. Soho on Central was the perfect location and the accommodations were amazing! Definitely recommend and we would love to stay there again!

Really cool property right in downtown Hot Springs! Easy to walk to dinner, spas and shopping. The host was very friendly! We also drove out to Ouachita Lake Three Sisters Springs and tubed the Ouachita River.

The loft was pristine and full of beautiful artwork! Instructions were very clear on how to manage our stay, and communication with the property manager was courteous and efficient. Location was ideal for our needs. Our only very minor issue was the noise level in the bedroom nearest to the main thoroughfare. This is obviously outside of the property manager's control, but a comment or heads-up in either the instruction booklet or communication e-mails/texts would have potentially prepared us for this in advance. Otherwise, our stay was nearly perfect, and we would highly recommend this location to others in the future (and potentially also stay here again!).

Ideally suited for 3 couples, close to most anything downtown. Lots of nice art. Owner contacted us a couple to make sure all ok. Would stay here again

Wonderful Stay

Excellent location within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Beautifully furnished with lots of space to hang with our family. The outdoor areas felt like our own special getaway! Beds were also incredibly comfy. Would absolutely recommend this place to others.

Luxury in Hot Springs

This is a luxurious, art-filled upstairs apartment with expansive space to enjoy family and friends. The attention to details are exquisite and the owners are wonderful hosts.

Awesome Place

We really enjoyed our stay. The loft has a very artists flair and is unique. It was roomy and very clean. The beds were comfortable. We really liked that we could walk straight out to the main strip to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place.

A luxurious gem in Hot Springs

This downtown loft is not only beautiful, clean and a great location for Hot Springs, but comes with great service from Richard & Beth. It will be hard to stay anywhere else in Hot Springs after staying at this wonderful find. It is equipped with a chef's kitchen as well as many bedrooms to accomodate your group. Perfect for 3 couples or a fun family group as we had.

Extraordinary Delight

This place is Special! It's not only elegant, beautiful & unique, It's at the heart of everything! Hot Springs is already a cool place to visit but this was the best trip we've ever had there largely due to the dwelling atmosphere! We'll definitely be staying there again!
