The property features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed across both floors, ensuring ample space for families or groups seeking a memorable vacation rental experience.

On the ground floor, the welcoming living room sets a warm and inviting tone, complete with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Adjacent to it, the dining room accommodates guests around a generous dining table, while the open kitchen is fully equipped with 5 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC are also available on this level. 1 double bedroom with its own shower and WC and air conditioning completes the ground floor layout. Please note that this double bedroom is located outside the main apartment. A loggia is accessible directly from the living area, offering a pleasant outdoor extension of the interior space.

The upper floor hosts the remaining 4 bedrooms. 2 of these are double bedrooms, each individually equipped with air conditioning.
