beautiful new penthouse with pool, terrace and garage

New attic, consists of hall, suite or master bedroom with double bed, dressing room and private bathroom for 2 people, another room with 2 single beds, both with TV. Another independent bathroom, living room, kitchen, and beautiful terrace. All exterior except the bathrooms, therefore very bright. On the roof there is a communal pool, with lawn and garden. There is also a garage.
Under the building there is a supermarket open every day, there is also a bakery and a bar-restaurant.
It is located 3 km from the center, has buses, train and mole to go downtown

Perfect Place

Great, calm location with Swimmingpool on the roof, playground and bus stop to reach the beach directly next door and a small supermarket + Cafe at ground floor.

Great time in a city with beach

Marias flat was ideal for our two teenage daughters and us. The second bathroom was very handy. We used the pool and had good affordable meals at the bars nearby. Taking the bus works great. Thank you Maria

New and Convenient

Maria’s place was new and clean, and conveniently located for our exploration of San Sebastian. Our stay could have been improved if the kitchen were better equipped —- with things like a cutting knife, paper towels. The roof-top swimming pool looked beautiful, and we wish the weather had been better so that we could have enjoyed it.

GREAT PLACE

This is a new, very modern, very bright apartment in the suburbs of San Sebastian, about a 6 minute drive from the city centre. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge/kitchen, balcony nad a rooftop pool terrace. It has everything you could need for a stay in the city. Cannot recommend highly enough. The host greeted us on arrival, is charming and her pre-trip responses were timely.
