The best of this wonderful apartment are the views from the terrace and the unbeatable location: in a pedestrian street in the city center, at the back of the Buen Pastor Cathedral, just a step away from La Concha beach and only 10 minute walk from the old town.
It has three double bedrooms with 1 double bed in each bedroom and access to a balcony, a spacious living room with terrace and 1 bathroom. The rooms are very bright and cozy thanks to the large windows with access to a small balcony. From the living room you can also access the terrace, ideal for the most relaxing moments during your stay in San Sebastián.
Next to the apartment you can enjoy a parking space, included in the price.

Wonderful San Sebastian

Very good location, only a 10-minute walk to the old town. Despite being close to the cathedral, it's very quiet. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

Great Location, Beautiful view from Balcony

Location of apartment is very central and walkable to most places in the city. There is an available parking spot, but it is a 5 min walk away, which is fine once you figure things out. Parking spot is in the same building as a supermarket, so it is convenient. Apartment has good air circulation, had basic supplies provided. Unit has washing machine, but no clothes dryer. Dryers are not common in European apartments. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would come back for another stay.

Great location, nice apartment

This apartment is in a really nice, convenient location for 2 of San Sebastián’s beaches. Less than ten minutes walk to the central beach (nice for a morning swim) and about 15/20 mins to the quieter, wilder surf beach, Zurriola. Good cafes, restaurants and bars, below (Could be a bit noisy but this was expected and not too disturbing as you are 5 floors up). They felt less touristy than in the old town (although it was nice to dip into that scene too and again was less than ten minutes easy walk). The location is also close to shopping of all kinds. Modern food market and underground super market, convenience stores and bakeries are very nearby plus the main shopping streets located between the cathedral and the old town. Bus and rail station are very close, just over river. (We travelled without a car no problem … just walked from the station to the apartment). Apartment is small but perfectly set up with very good use of space and each of the 3 double rooms is simple but stylish. We were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 older teenagers and settled in very quickly. There’s no air conditioning and we had 40 degree heat. It was hot but the bedroom fans helped and being high up and on the corner of the block the apartment catches the breeze. Great view of the cathedral, obviously, so nice to sit out with coffee or wine and wish that you lived in San Sebastián!

Séjour dépaysant dans le centre de San Sebastián.

Appartement très bien situé dans la ville pour se déplacer à pieds.. proche de tous commerces et restaurants. parking proposé par l’hôte pour la voiture très pratique.. endroit juste un peu bruyant le soir..

We really enjoyed our stay in San Sebastián. The location of the apartment is fantastic. Maider was very helpful and had great communication. We would highly recommend this property.

Fantastiskt!

Vi var två familjer som hyrde denna lägenhet i en vecka. Läget är fantastiskt,utsikt över den fina katedralen Buen pastor,nära till allt! Butiker,strand,gamla stan. Lägenheten är i toppklass,modernt ,fräscht och det finns allt vad man kan tänkas behöva,dessutom takvåning med utgång till takterrass från alla sovrum. Maider var en fantastisk hyresvärd,svarade på alla frågor vi hade både innan och under vårt besök och försökte verkligen hjälpa oss på alla sätt. Det kan inte bli bättre:) Bo här och du kommer inte bli besviken!

Excellent location and gracious host

We had a wonderful visit to San Sebastian, and the apartment was an excellent home base. The location is perfect to the center as well as to the bus station and many cafes and shops. The balcony is lovely, and though the kitchen is small, we ate out a lot. It was great to have laundry on site. It was an usually warm week when we visited, and our host graciously brought us three fans, which really helped.

Perfectly located apartment with a church view

Maider's place was perfect for our family of 5. Located centrally we could walk to all the attractions of this spectacular town and relax on the balcony with a view of the cathedral. The apartment was well equipped and bedrooms bright and clean. Access to downstairs cafe for breakfast was lovely.

A great apartment in a central location

Our family of four enjoyed our stay here for 5 nights. The apartment was very airy and all bedrooms of equal size. The balconies offered great views over the rooftops. You felt right in the middle of things so it was easy to access the beach or the town. Would definatly recommend.

Great apartment. Great location.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment. It was very comfortable and clean. The central location was great. Lovely views of the cathedral from the balcony. I would recommend it to friends.

Wunderschöne Wohnung und sehr gut gelegen.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Wohnung von Maier gewohnt und haben eine sehr gute Zeit verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, hell und sonnig und vom kleinen Balkon lässt sich das Treiben auf den Gassen bestens beobachten. Die zentrale Lage und die nähe von Bars und Restaurants sind ein zusätzliches Plus. Wir würden wieder zurückkommen und können die Wohnung allen wärmstens empfehlen. Zudem ist Maier eine sehr sympathische Person, die uns am Bahnhof empfangen und uns zur Wohnung begleitet hat.

Der ideale Stützpunkt in der Stadt!

Sauberes und gepflegtes Apartment. Drei angenehme Schlafzimmer. Wohnraum und Balkon etwas klein, aber durchaus zum Wohlfühlen. Die Küche ok, obwohl man bei der grossen Auswahl an guten und preisgünstigen Restaurants in der ganzen Stadt und auch um die Ecke gar nicht selber kochen mag. Zuvorkommende und herzliche Betreuung durch die Vermieterin. Das Apartment ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, insbesondere wegen der strategischen Lage zu Stränden, Altstadt, Bus- oder Zugbahnhof. Alles ist in Fussdistanz. Bei Gelegenheit würden wir gerne wiederkommen!
