Duplex Apartment Free Parking in ZTL
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building, without a lift.
In 45 square meters of space, it is divided over two floors and comfortably accommodates five people.
On the ground floor there is the living room with sofa bed and a double bedroom, from which there are stairs to go up to the mezzanine where the single bed is located.
LIVING AREA. Living room with double sofa bed and television, kitchen equipped with moka pot, electric kettle, traditional oven, microwave oven and various kitchen utensils.
SLEEPING AREA. Double bedroom, which leads to the mezzanine with a single folding bed (14 steps to access it).
BATHROOM. Complete with shower box, bidet, hairdryer and washing machine room.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Split air conditioning, free unlimited wifi, iron, clothesline and mosquito nets.
According to Italian Law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.
The apartment is classified according to the municipality of Ferrara as "4-sun self-catering house/flat" so the city tax is 2.00 euros per night, per person.
Late check in:
- From 21:30 - 23:00 - Euro 25,00
- From 23:00-24:00 - Euro 30,00
- From 24:00 - 01:30 - Euro 40,00
In order to provide you a smooth process of check in please advise your Key Holder your approximate time of arrival in advance.
In the street there are shops, food shops, bar, pubs, cinema, pizza&restaurants.
It's only a few minutes walk away from Piazza Trento Trieste (Ferrara Cathedral), Estense Castle and other historic sights of the city.
The city centre is perfect for a stroll, for other trips the nearest bus stop is in the house!
From Ferrara railway station:
take bus n. 2 and get off at the Piangipane Kennedy stop, then proceed five minutes on foot.
Journey time, about 20 minutes.
From Bologna Marconi airport:
Take the shuttle to Bologna Centrale and continue by train to Ferrara.
From Ferrara station take bus n. 2 and get off at the Piangipane Kennedy stop, then proceed five minutes on foot.
Journey time, about 1 hour and 25 minute
