The apartment is located on the second floor of a building, without a lift.
In 45 square meters of space, it is divided over two floors and comfortably accommodates five people.
On the ground floor there is the living room with sofa bed and a double bedroom, from which there are stairs to go up to the mezzanine where the single bed is located.
LIVING AREA. Living room with double sofa bed and television, kitchen equipped with moka pot, electric kettle, traditional oven, microwave oven and various kitchen utensils.
SLEEPING AREA. Double bedroom, which leads to the mezzanine with a single folding bed (14 steps to access it).
BATHROOM. Complete with shower box, bidet, hairdryer and washing machine room.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Split air conditioning, free unlimited wifi, iron, clothesline and mosquito nets.
According to Italian Law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.
The apartment is classified according to the municipality of Ferrara as 4-sun self-catering house/flat so the city tax is 2.00 euros per night, per person.
Late check in:

- From 23:00-24:00 - Euro 30,00
