The enviable position not even 100 m. from the beach of Fetovaia and the comfortable outdoor space with a shady pergola for dining and relaxing are the strong points of the three-room apartment Giglio Ground Floor. Air-conditioned to cool the hottest summers and warm autumn stays, it also has a ventilation system with ceiling blades. With 2 bedrooms, one double and one triple, and two bathrooms (shower and shower cubicle), it can accommodate up to 7 people. The large living area, with sofa bed (2 singles), overlooks the eat-in kitchen equipped of all household appliances. The reserved outdoor parking space is located next to the house.
