It was partially renovated in 2020 and features practical furnishings, including a living/sleeping room with a bed (80 cm), a french bed (160 cm), a pull-out bed, a dining table, cable TV, and air conditioning. The room has an exit leading to a balcony. There is also a kitchenette equipped with 4 gas rings and a freezer, as well as a shower/WC.
