Three-room apartment on the first floor, comfortable and bright, in a hilly area 10 minutes by car from the center and the sea. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes and appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, induction plates, microwave and oven. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in the attic, 1 sofa bed and 1 double bed. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with wifi, television, washing machine, air conditioning, swimming pool and private parking. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and night linen for the entire duration of your stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or are passing through to visit the city. From the living area there is a spiral staircase that leads to the attic area with two single beds and a small bathroom. The attic area does not have a door lock and is connected to the living room via a spiral staircase.

The apartment is accessible by stairs only. The sleeping area for this apartment is located in the low-rise attic (loft).

A deposit of €250 is required to be deposited in cash or by credit card for any damage to the apartment upon check-in. The refund of the cash will be made upon check-out after checking the apartment and the cancellation of the pre-authorization within 7 days of check-out.
