Located in a residential area, only a short car ride away from the beach, the made easy “Villa Mar e Sol”, favors a relaxed holiday experience.



This sunny space is great for enjoying Portugal’s fabulous climate



Although not vast, the focal point is the backyard cleverly conceived to offer shelter and privacy from the neighboring properties, thanks to its high white walls.



The external kitchen with barbeque and dining spot provide an excellent way to spend evenings eating & drinking with friends.



The private swimming pool that sits at the heart of the terrace, encourage guests to hop in and out, cooling off from the midday sun.

Lovely villa, great pool and facilities. we loved cooking outside and eating by the pool. Taverna nearby is good for drinks. Only a 10minute drive from the beach and 20mins into Lisbon.

My friends and i had a fabulous stay . We booked the villa as we were attending a festival . The location to the festival was fantastic. And we were super impressed with all the facilities available at the Villa . Our host Manuella was fantastic and was super accommodating. We were most definitely stay here again . We had a fabulous time .

Very nice place

Very nice place. Great swimming pool, barbecue area, ping-pong table. You can easily get to Lisbon by Uber (20 min)by bus (30 min). There are few shops in the area, but you can also take an Uber to Lidl. Quite a long and (in my opinion) dangerous road to the beach. But the beach itself is very nice, sandy, wide. We stayed for a week with a group of friends and we had a great time.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Manuela and Ricardo were extremely helpful and great communication. Fantastic pool. House very clean. Great little shop at the end of the road for basics. Supermarket a good 20 minutes walk away. Pharmacy and the most amazing bakery at the end of the road too. Along with a petrol station should you hire a car. We used Uber and had no problems at all. Including to and from the airport. We spent most of our time relaxing around the pool which is what we wanted. Perfect. 16/08/25

The villa was a lovely size for the 6 adults!

The house was just as described. Despite being in a fairly built up area, it was easy to get to and has its own parking. The villa was a lovely size for the 6 adults in our group, with good bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen and living room. The outside areas were equally well stocked with garden furniture, places to eat and a pool big enough to cool down in. Our host, Manuela, was extremely helpful, quick to respond to correspondence and very helpful with local information. All in, a cracking stay in a lovely villa with some fantastic weather to boot. What's not to like? 5–12 Sept 2024

The apartment was really clean and tidy

The apartment was really clean and tidy. Great for two families. There's hardly anything nearby, but uber is affordable and easy to navigate. Private pool and yard games, and barbecue just super nice. Communicating is easy and quick. The villa's point of contact delivered a broken toaster to replace a new one in an hour. The area is peaceful. Clean towels and linens. The house had three bathrooms + three toilets. The beds were good. I would definitely recommend this place.

what a beautiful place. absolutely what was described. the villa even had a welcoming bottle of wine when we arrived! brilliant communication. the house has literally everything you need down to extra cutlery and bowls downstairs for al fresco dining,. ping pong table and badminton, lots of games available for bad weather days and TVs in every room. thank you so much for a lovely stay , we would definitely come again and may well do next year when the weather is a bit more appealing! wonderful place for a family Oct 28, 2022

Great villa, well worth the money

Great villa, well worth the money. Our host was responsive and proactive with getting in contact when we were on our way. The villa was clean, had all the amenities we needed and spacious (we especially liked the outdoor kitchen). Once we arrived our host gave us a tour and a folder with all of the information we needed in it, we did not need to contact her during the holiday because of this but im sure she would have responded quickly. It is a short car journey to the beach (can walk it in about 30 minutes) and there are some shops within about a 10 minute walk from the villa. Lisbon can be reached in 20-30 minutes by car (can be longer if traffic on the bridge is bad) although we preferred to get the ferry across to avoid this. Uber is a good thing to have if you do want to travel around. Overall a fantastic stay!

Hyvä palvelu, helppo saada kiinni. Meillä oli yhtenä päivänä lämmin vesi pois. Korjaaja tuli tunnin sisään ja kaikki toimi jälleen. Manuela hoiti nopeasti korjaajan paikalle. Toiset avaimet pyynnöstä tulivat pyydetysti. Ei valittamista. 06/10/25

Mooie accommodatie, voldoet aan de beschrijving. Parkeren van 2 auto's op het terrein was geen probleem. Manuela ontving ons vriendelijke en gaf ons een rondleiding in het huis. Overdag veel weg geweest om Lissabon en de omgeving te verkennen. Jammer dat als je dan terugkomt in de accommodatie rond 17.00 uur dat het zwembad dan al in de schaduw ligt en het te fris werd, maar het is oktober dus dan staat de zon alweer lager. Goede tip van Manuela om met de ferry te varen om in Lissabon centrum te komen. Lidl met de auto goed bereikbaar. Restaurants met de Uber gemakkelijk bereikbaar. 24/10/24

Villa très jolie, beaucoup d’espace intérieur et extérieur. Aucun vis à vis et une grande piscine pour profiter du soleil. Petit point négatif, 40 minutes de voiture pour rejoindre le centre de Lisbonne. Sinon séjour très agréable. Bonus : Clim dans toutes les chambres.

Botequim is surrounded by a stretch of 30 km of the best beaches in Portugal, starting from the lively surf beaches near the centre of the village Costa da Caparica, to the almost deserted beaches of the south zone, ideal for water or sand sports, less than 3 km away from the villa you will have at your disposal a wide choice of never-ending sand beaches, as well as a wide range of beach bars and restaurants, specialized in grilled fish, some of them with wonderful terraces to enjoy the sunset, and that after nightfall turn into nightclubs or live music bars.
