FANTASTIC HOUSE IN FRONT LINE WITH BREATHTAKING PANORAMIC VIEWS AND DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH.



This beautiful house is located in an excellent location in Calpe, next to a fantastic sandy beach and just 3 minutes walk from the town center.



Less than 15 minutes by car you will find the charming towns of Moraira and Altea.



Its fantastic location at the sea front will allow you to enjoy MAGNIFICENT PANORAMIC VIEWS of the sea and of the Peñon of Ifach´s Natural Park. The villa has several large terraces decorated with different trees and plants perfect for reading or enjoying a family meal while admiring the sea. Another fantastic area of the house is its large outdoor patio, the ideal place for a siesta in the shade, listening to the soothing sound of the waves.



The house is divided into two different floors. The first floor holds 1 bedroom with bathroom en-suite, the second floor holds 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed and bath en-suite all equipped with air-conditioning. The three rooms offer fantastic sea views and the double bedroom on the first floor has a direct acces to the their garden.



The kitchen is modern and has a direct acces to the garden. It opens on one side of the living room and on the other side to the shaded outdoor lounge.



You will find that this is the perfect place to swim and to snorkel, thanks to the great richness of the local submarine flora and fauna.

Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.

Beautiful apartment next to the beach

The apartment was in a great location, 2 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We would happily stay there again. Maybe provide some welcome provisions such as milk and teabags would be a nice touch

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful holiday home in Calpe – highly recommended!

We especially loved the location – private and elevated with stunning panoramic sea views, yet with easy access to a path leading straight down to the beach. The house is also perfectly placed within short distance of the beach, old town, shopping, and everything you need for your holiday. The hosts were quick to respond and always very accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There was really nothing we didn’t like, but a few small improvements could make it even better: the parasol was a bit broken and tucked away, the light at the back of the house needed fixing and more lighting there in the evenings would be great, and some of the outdoor furniture was slightly worn and could also benefit from cushions. These were only minor details and did not affect our overall experience. We are very happy with our stay, give it 10 out of 10, and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Calpe.

Perfect vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. The location near the city center and directly on the beach is actually almost priceless. And the view of the sea from the terrace and the living room is breathtaking. All the bedrooms have a direct sea view. Everything on site was as described. I also greatly appreciated the fitness center (Troya) in close proximity. There are also a few smaller supermarkets nearby, and the larger, better-stocked supermarkets are just a few minutes away by car (parking is available there). The kitchen is well-equipped, and all the necessary kitchen appliances are available (everything from the citrus press to the hand blender is there). Thanks also to the Solhabitat team, who were always friendly, competent, and responded promptly. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one point for cleanliness because a previous tenant had obviously forgotten a hairpin in the washing machine. Otherwise, everything was fine. ... Please instruct the cleaning team to also check the various household appliances. Unfortunately, the rusty hairpin in the washing machine has stained one of my shirts.

Très belle villa, emplacement exceptionnel

Très belle maison avec une vue magnifique sur la baie et le peñon d’Ifach. Au calme, avec accès privé par un portillon à la plage, proches des commerces. Décorée avec goût, la maison offre tout le confort, la cuisine ( bien que petite), est bien équipée, avec beaucoup d’ustensiles et de la vaisselle en quantité suffisante et en très bon état. Nous avons adoré nous prélasser et prendre nos repas sur la grande terrasse face à la mer. Merci au personnel de l’agence pour leur accueil et réactivité.

UN ESCENARIO PERFECTO

Ya es nuestro tercer verano y la casa nos encanta, Muy bien ubicada, muy cómoda y aunque no tiene piscina la ducha es muy útil. El menaje de la cocina es muy completo y para los que como a mi nos gusta cocinar, es una ayuda. También valoro la barbacoa. Los aires acondicionados individuales también ayudan en los días de mucho calor. Creo que un toldo en la terraza posibilitaría poder desayunar y pasar ratos agradables por las mañanas. La casa es muy completa y cómoda. Repetiremos.

UNA ESTANCIA FORMIDABLE

Segundo año que estamos alojados en esta maravilloso chalet. La ubicación es inigualable y la comodidad de la vivienda aporta lq tranquilidad necesaria para desconectar en un entorno único. Mucha dotación en la cocina, una barbacoa preciosa. La zona de la parra en la parte de atrás de la casa y la zona de relax, sitios únicos. Desde el salón tienes un marco espectacular del peñón y de toda la bahía. Más espectacular aún esa estampa desde la terraza. Seguir así, reprtiremos Sin duda el único punto negativo es el WiFi. Hay sistemas que no son la fibra que ofrecen bajadas de 30mb y 50 mb. Ahora mismo la bajada no llega ni a 1mb. Esta casa no puede tener este servicio cuando el resto de la casa es espectacular. La limpieza es mejorable.

Maison Calpe accès direct plage

La maison est parfaite pour un séjour au soleil: vue mer imprenable, au calme, accès à la plage en 2 minutes à pied par des escaliers. La maison est moderne et bien équipée, accès aux commerces de proximité à pied.

La maison est moderne, très agréable, très bien située avec une vue imprenable, proche de tous les commerces, de la plage, tout en étant au calme. Il nous a manqué 1 ou 2 grands saladiers et des plats à tarte ou gâteaux.

Relajantes vacaciones en Calpe

La ubicación y vistas de la propiedad, el confort del mobiliario. Cuando terminen la rehabilitación de la casa de al lado y si fuese posible compertir La posibilidad de uso de la piscina, que se está construyendo en la casa que se rehabilita al lado, sería un complemento ideal para mejorar las prestaciones de la oferta del alojamiento.
